I’m going to admit, I was nervous about going here because of the poor reviews. But I tell you honestly, I have absolutely nothing in common with those negative experiences. Only good!

I had to take my child here for a very complicated toe infection that was not responding via urgent care, nor her pediatrician, nor a double round of antibiotics.

Dr. Morano was first of all, extremely competent. But the icing on all of the cake was his amazing sense of humor and dad jokes, how genuine he was, sensitive & gentle.

Diane was our receptionist both times. She is incredibly sweet and probably the nicest receptionist I have ever dealt with in my life. I’m 45. And honestly, I have pretty high standards, finding myself frequently mentioning that so-and-so should never deal with the public or choose customer service as a profession

We received excellent care in an extremely warm and inviting atmosphere. Booking the appointment on the phone was easy and the receptionist was empathetic, kind, and extremely accommodating for a semi emergency.

Basically, I would look **forward** to a holiday dinner if I had Dr. Murano and Diane there.

If you are not familiar with the area… You cannot really head left out of the parking lot to leave but we found a different way around. Not an issue for this second appointment at 6:20 AM… Thank you so much for having a before school appointment! But it was for an appointment during rush hour, the previous Time. I really hate that intersection.

I never thought I would say it, but I’m actually going to miss our Pediatric Podiatrist! Five stars in every single way. I highly encourage you to go there if do you need adult or pediatric care for your foot. I hope that other people who have such a wonderful experience also choose to post reviews!!

Thank you, both. 🙌

Attempted to get an appt only to be shut down by the rude receptionist Diane. Diane claims to be "new" but has worked for the office for at least 1 year. had referral sent and was told it wasn't received. provided the referral number and was told I still couldn't be seen until she had a "hard copy." asked that Dr. Ray call me back. received no call. I called back and was told the referral was received and that there were people in front of me. informed Diane that I have an infection, requested an appt, and again asked to speak with Dr. Ray. Diane was extremely rude and told me to find another podiatrist. I informed her she is not allowed to do that. called back again and asked (AGAIN) to speak with Dr. Ray. Diane stated she gave him the message, told me to have a nice day and hung up on me.

Dr. Raymond Murano is a good surgeon but his staff (receptionist area) are very unprofessional and extremely rude to the patients!! There was a receptionist her name was (Christine) she was very friendly, helpful and very kind with the patients and she knew her job!, but once she left the company the doctor hired nothing but looses from temp agencies at the front desk. There is another receptionist person there that's been with the company for a while (Cindy) depending on her mood she can be extremely rude as-well!, it's too bad because of the people that he hires at the front desk the doctor could be losing a lot of his business!!!

I have been going to Dr. Ray for 25 years with chronic foot [problems. I always leave his office satisfied and feeling better. He is a warm, caring and skilled clinician and I highly recommend him. Occasional blips with office help, but then we all know good help is hard to find!

Dr. Murano is by far the best physician I have ever gone to. He is not only knowledgeable on the foot and ankle, but he could easily be an internal medicine specialist as well. He puts you at ease and is always pain free. His kindness and willingness to help make you want to go to the doctor! His humor is contagious! The perfect doctor for any foot or ankle problem!

I've seen tons of podiatrists, but Dr. Murano is the only one who has given me the help and results I need. Knowledgable, funny, generous and overall a great doctor and an even better man.
