Excellent orthodontic are, very thorough and clear about costs and timelines for finishing treatment. A very helpful and friendly staff willing to help the patient. Top notch facilities and an excellent doctor. We are very appreciative for the excellent care that my son received from Dr. Knierim and her office staff. We are very pleased with the outcomes. A highly recommended orthodontic practice.

Dr. Knierim is very unprofessional- I would NOT recommend her for any adult treatment. I went to her for 2 plus years with little to no difference with my teeth moving. She hardly ever works on your teeth and has assistants work on you. She uses the cheapest of appliances on your teeth. I had to go see another orthodontist to get my teeth straight and they had to start all over but within a year my teeth looked great. Dr. Knierim agreed to give back money for my retainers (all she would reimburse) and then she NEVER mailed the check. So, she is not trust worthy. I would do your research before going to see her. Besides her lack of knowledge she isn't friendly. Go to someone who likes their job and knows what they are doing!

Very positive experience. Dr. Knierim is very professional and caring. She did a fantastic job. Her staff is caring also. Her office is very professional and comfortable. I would recommend this office and staff to anyone who desires a beautiful smile and a pleasant experience

I had come to her for a second opinion and she proceeds to dog the first orthodontist. Completely unprofessional. Her opinion on how my ortho was to go left me unconfortable. Comes across as very condescending and arrogant...almost pompous. I hope someday she knows as much as she thinks she does.
