I took my 92 yr old mom to see Dr. Eickhorst and she was very caring and spent time explaining everything and answering her questions. My mom had a procedure done and was concerned about pain and she thoroughtly explained what to expect. Her nurses, Jen and Donna were very pleasant and wrote down the after care instructions. I read the exisitng reviews and can't believe it's the same doctor.I would highly recommend her to family and friends.

Whatever you do, DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!! I went once as an emergency appt. b/c she was the only person that could take me that day. I wish I would have waited to see my regular dermatologist. She did a biopsy that left a huge dent and the next day it started turning white. When I called w/ concern, she seemed annoyed and told me "I told you it might scar" and "that's just the way your body heals". Thankfully, she was wrong (it wouldn't be the only time) and it since has turned light pink. She wanted to do something (unecessarily) which accdg. to my regular derm. would have been a permanent cosmetic disaster. She's so bad--didn't even tell me about alternatives that would have been just as effective without the permanent side effects. Thank God I didn't do what she said and will go to my regular derm. for treatment of this problem. Again, you are better off waiting weeks for an appt. w/ someone else than going to her, trust me.

Dr. Kimberly Eickhorst removed a mole from my stomach. Within 24 hours of my surgery the site became infected and extremely painful. I called Dr. Eickhorst, she responded as if I was overreacting and basically blew me off. Within 24 hours I was in the emergency room. I received intravenous antibiotics and other meds. When I called Dr. Eickhorst's office to tell them about my experience I received a very negative attitude from the office staff and Dr. Eickhorst never called me back. Dr. Eickhorst should have called me to follow-up on my recovery and made room for me to visit her ASAP and not make we wait an entire week. Dr. Eickhorst always seemed to busy doing something else rather than to properly care for her patient who was having a great deal of pain and difficulty caused by her action. My experience with Dr. Eickhorst has been one of lack of care and concern for her patient. I strongly do not recommend Dr. Eickhorst.

She has horrible bed side manner rushed me in and out when I had a mole removed, refused to answer any of my questions, also when I had the swtiches removed they neglected to take all of them out had to go to my family physician to get it removed. I also had to wait over 4 weeks for my results when I was promised I would have them in 2.

Both doctor and staff were very pleasant and courteous; Dr. Eickhorst has an excellent bedside manner.

Dr. Eickhorst is an excellent doctor. Professional, down-to-earth, and very, very polite. After having seen another dermatologist in the same group a few months ago, Dr. Cooper, I was very pleased to see a doctor who was actually polite and did not rudely rush me out the door.
