Last time I saw doc was to get a referral to see some specialists. He took his time to review my chart, ask me questions, and even stopped to correct the chart info (another doc had sent some incorrect information). Wait time not great - but he takes his time with every patient.

I WAITED A LONG WAIT BUT HE TOOK THE TIME WITH ME THAT WAS NEEDED. HE IS VERY KIND AND IN NO HURRY TO RUSH YOU, WHEN HE GETS TO YOUR ROOM. THEY ARE THE ONLY OFFICE STAFF THAT NEVER SAYS "no", THEY SCHEDULE EVERYONE THAT CALLS!

Staff leaves you on hold forever (and often forgets about you until you hang up and call back). Doctor is rarely available, and when he is, makes you wait for hours and hours. Sees patients that came in after you did, before he sees you (even with appointment)! Thinks antibiotics are the answer to everything, and the patient is always right (no they're not!).
