This is the first time I have posted anything on a medical practice. Dr Heading used to be a very helpful and caring doctor. Over the last few years, his practice has gone severely downhill. His nurse is truly awful and his follow up is non existent. He and his nurse gossip about patients well in ear shot and the unprofessional behavior shocking. I was not notified as a follow up after radiology a year ago by Dr Heading to start doing 6 month MRIs as a high risk breast cancer patient. When I pointed this out to the office, I was simply sent a copy of the radiology report a year ago and was dropped from the practice. The whole experience has been horrifying. I would never recommend this practice.

Dr. Heading is an excellent doctor. He takes the time to answer any questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend him.

The receptionists at Dr. Heading office are very rude, unprofessional and make you feel unwelcome. The receptionists at his office would get 0 out of 5 in terms of their customer service. Dr. Heading nurse Dee is sweet and responsive. DR. Heading is knowledgeable, but you always wait for your apt. Because of the receptionists I would not come back to his office.

Dr. Heading cannot be trusted. His surgical skills are questionable and risky. He is charming but not reliable.

Dr. Heading could best advance medical science by retiring from the profession.He has botched up surgeries more than once. He has lied to his patients and will cover his tracks by omitting facts on the medical charts. How he keeps practicing is beyond belief. Please check his reviews on vitals.com . Ask him about why so many patients have c-sections deliveries or hysterectomies that were not needed. There are better doctors choose from so avoid this doctor.

Dr. Heading has been my OBGYN for over 15 yrs. He delivered both my kids. I have been very happy with his professionalism, and his caring and friendly bedside manner. Will recommend him to those looking for a good doctor in the area.

I found Dr. Heading to be very caring, knowledgable and honest. He will speak "honestly" about medical necessity in certain exams and isn't offended if you challenge him. He has been up to date on medical literature when I question him. I use him for regular GYN routine visits.
