Sadly , even though his GREAT dental skills are PERFECT , His staff is not at the same level .. And ,his pandemic safety is SCARY .. He wears a beard with an N95 this compromises he seal & increases risk, INTENTIONALLY, The manufacturer saysthis compromises the seal & the safety.. he DOESNT CARE. ODDLY Masksthat Accommodatebeards are made inIsrael & work just great.. HE WONT BUY ONE and prefers to increase the risk of Covid 19 for his patients , Over buying a proper Beard friendly mask, or shaving his beard so that it wont compromise the otherwise perfectly good N95 mask thathe uses .His staff was unable to do a simple teeth cleaning with proper safety as thedentalassistanh had glasses that sghe claimed could not be seacured while wearing an N95 This seemed the case with her N95 soimpared vision during treatment would be a problem, worse she was wearing a normal medical grade mask with Glasses till I had complained that this was not theN95 mask that I had asked ifthey were using..... N95 protect from the virus is if only one person has a mask, Ordinary medical grade (Not n95) DO NOT unless BOTH the Dr & patient wear amask which s impossible during dental procedures that cannot be social distanced ... so the patients life is put at risk or the treatment quality suffers dueto her not being able to see well cause she could not Buy a simple $60 pair of glasses that dont slide off or some corrective goggles that would alow her to treat the paient .... At the rates they charge , I was expecting them to be better equipped , but the DR himself does not take the virus risk as seriously as he should ...He even said many of the same thinsgs that I keep hearing from those who were risistant to wearing the masks & he still thinks its no worse than the flu.. even though over 100 nations have verified that it is worse than the flu.... LOVE his painless aspect of dental work , BUT ya have to be careful with his staff , I ordered a GOLD crown, & he installed a cheaper Porcelain one instead It was not even color matched as trhe staffer had ordered it by mistake ...Worse He promised to replace it later if there were problems , I checked back later (10 years) & they ddnt even have my records , I didnt find out til he had already cemented it in,Reordered a gold one , BUT there was a risk in getting it out thatthe tooth would get wrecked so it & it wasnt even color matched but Til lthere is a vaccine avail in US .. NOT your safest option during covid And be CAREFUL with crowns Im AMAZEDthat nobody noticed a plain white crown that didnt match color was not the gold one I had orderd a VERY smple mistake for the staff to make.... Hoping that he may get the gold crown I ordered installed eventually but its been to risky to correct & the Porcelain crown did turn out to beone of the best made I have ever found from a comfort , fit & dsurability perspective It was just NOT the more expensivegold one that I had ordered & paid for ...sad.y having to stay away til there is a vaccine or they get their office up to a sproper safe Covid standard.....

I have been going to the same dental office for over 30 years. The employees there are wonderful and have always taken care of my family and myself.

I just started going to Dr. LeFlore at his new address in Rowlett. I have hated dentists since I had a bad experience a few years ago with a very aggressive dentist, so it takes effort on their part for me to trust them. Dr. LeFlore has certainly earned my trust. I needed two wisdom teeth removed, so I went in for a cleaning, exam, and x-rays. After looking at the x-rays and examining my teeth, Dr. LeFlore said I don't have any cavities, and we scheduled an appointment for my wisdom teeth removal (which was yesterday). Getting my wisdom teeth removed was a piece of cake! They offered laughing gas, which I declined. They numbed the area with Novocain and he pulled out both teeth, which were hooked at the bottom, forcing him to maneuver a bit. I thought for sure I would be in immense pain when the Novocain wore off, but a day later I have yet to feel any pain at all from the whole experience (the visit only took 45 min). Everyone at the office is very pleasant and professional. A+++

Dr. LeFlor has been in same location for 14 years, with the same staff members for 6 years or more. The office staff is wonderful and I rarely wait for my appointment time!

I don't know what these people are talking about. I've been going to Dr. Leflore for years and have never had a bad experience. Everyone is polite and friendly. I never have to wait. It's a professional office and everyone really seems to get along with each other. I wouldn't dream of leaving.

The quality of work was terrible. More problems after the work than before.

Terrible office. Hire high school students for after school work program then fire them after 1 - 2 days. Bad moral in this office. Angry technicians and office clerks. Have been there twice - always schedule first appt of the day and always have to wait - usually 15 minute wait for first appt. Have overheard employees talking about other patients (wonder what they say about me when I leave). Am actively looking for another dentist.
