He gives my wife any pain meds and amphetamine salts that she asks for. It's worse that he gives her early refills as well. Worst still, he doesn't know that she doctor shops, and her other doctor not only also gives her amphetamines salts, but also meds that should not be used with pain meds. Get a clue, and thanks for ruining my family.

I am a long time patient of Dr. Tasi. While he is a kind person the wait time and poor saff is not worth me continuing to use his office. Others alluded to the wait times and they are correct. Your appointment may be at 11am and you will wait hours EVERY VISIT. Mrd. tsai is disrespectful and she does not care about the patient or understand customer service.

My wife has been going to Dr. Tsai since she was a child. I have accompanied her to her last three appointments. Every time, the appointment time set has never been when she was seen. This last visit we had to wait in the waiting room for over 1.5 hours before she was called. Prior to this appointment she had to change her date due to a work conflict. When she called to make the appointment change, the person that answered the phone said, "We just opened and I dont have time to deal with making a change right now, You will have to call back." Dr. Tsai may be a thorough caring doctor with his patients, but his office staff is very poor and uncaring. The wait times after the actual appointment times are pathetic.

I last saw Dr.Tsai Dec.16,2009. When he came back from vacation I was told by his wife that they no longer accepted Medicare. There were no previous notices, when I asked if they had put together any other doctors I want very rudely answered by his wife,,,Do you want we to do everything for you?? I have several serious conditions including diabetes, high blood pressure and several other conditions that need to be treated...I asked if he would at least refill my meds. including insulin and I was told by his wife no..So no referrals,no Pryor notices, and no meds. to hold me until I get another Doctor. The whole process is very unprofessional, but most of all She is very unprofessional, rude, and very uncompassionate. I can die without my meds. especially my insulin. I need help. But please think twice before going to his office for any reason....

Dr. Tsai was my Physician for about two years. During this time When I was seen he would hardly listen to the problems I had and would just prescribe some medicine that never ended up working. His staff constantly messed up the insurence payments by coding them wrong, thus causing the insurence company to not pay. When confronted about this they would argue and demand payment for what the insurence should have covered and I could never get them to fix the paperwork. The final straw was when I went to see him because I was in severe pain in the lower regions of my back. He treated it as spasms and again just prescribed drugs. I argued it was something more but he wouldnt listen. I left his office and went to the Hospital where it was found I had two ruptured discs in my lower back. If he had listened to what I was complaining about and the symptoms I was having he may have caught it. All in all he does not listen to patients and is more interested in money that helping people.

Has been my primary MD for last 3 yrs(always ran late)but I recently needed him due to shingles & was shocked when I couldn't make an emergency appt. I was told that you just can't come see him. i had to call back & fuss with the desk to get an appt. Then was told I had to be there ASAP to see him. We raced over there and then we waited for 45 minutes before being seen. We took some x-rays with us from an urgent care & he didn't even look at them even at our request. He simple asked some questions, touch my back (were the pain was) and said I had tendonitis for which he prescribed medicine. 2 days later the pain was back along with a rash. I thought I was having an allergic reaction. After i called his office twice trying to find out what i should do, the girl that answered the phone said I'll be honest with you you'll only get a call back from him after hours. I said what if I'm dying from an allergic reaction. Her response was "I doubt your dying" went to ER for help!
