I was looking to get an exam and treated. Fortgang cared more about forcing the covid-19 vaccine on me then anything else. This ENT was not helpful and has too many practices to give a F*** about individual pateints. Please go somewhere else!

Very pleasant dr. and very thorough. He has operated on me 2 times and I would recommend him. After surgery he made sure he called and asked how I was doing. Love him!!!!

I went to him for my obstructive sleep apnea condition. He is hands-down the best doctor I've ever been to -- in many ways. I ended up having a surgery of the throat called uvulopalatopharangoplasty (UPPP) and a septoplasty. The UPPP was to reduce my sleep apnea my removing tissues in my throat. Dr. fortgang stressed that the surgery is only effective 1/2 the time and made sure I wanted it done. Let me say that the surgeon does matter imho.. My quality of life is much better, thanks to fortgang. Also he actually called me when he said he would to follow up and actually spoke to me as a concerned human being and not a lab coat scientist counting rats.

He is the best doctor I have seen in New England , I had problem with breathing from my nose because I broke my nose recently , he asked for some tests and X ray and decided to have surgery to fix the air path , after the surgery I feel better , the result was great and it wasn't painful, i believe even if you have a serious issue you will feel comfortable with him and he could take care of you , he has sense of humor like to make patients feel ok I recommend him

Dr. Fortgang is wonderful! Not only did he make me feel comfortable, but he went over my sinus condition very thoroughly. Dr.Fortgang has a great sense of humor as well. One of the best doctors out there. Highly recommended!

I went to see Fortgang for some lymph problems in my neck and at the time had no insurance. Upon arrival to my visit I sat in the waiting room for 45min however, this is not the doctors fault as there were people in there with more issues that I had that definitely needed his attention. Once I met him he pleasantly shook my hand and introduced himself and I explained what was going on and from there he went to examine my ears, nose, throat and collar area. He was EXTREMELY thorough with his exam and careful not to cause any pain. He also cleaned my ears using suction and wax softener and he was extremely gentle and I barely felt a thing. There was no pain and hearing nearly increases two fold after the cleaning. He did charge bare min since I had no insurance and I will be sure to visit him in the future. His waiting room was packed and I can see why. He's a great doctor and if you are looking for a great ENT then by all means, go see him.

I went to see him for a cough that I couldn't get rid of...very nice guy, he did some tests and was very thorough in asking me questions about my symptom. Personable and helpful. His staff is also very nice.
