It is frustrating to have to wait an hour beyond the scheduled appointment time to see the doctor. Judging by what I heard from other patients in the waiting room, this is very common with this doctor.

I went there for an ear infection and he tried to convince me to get a nose job. I was in tears. He is the worst doctor I have ever encountered. Rude, unprofessional , and inappropriate!!

Dr. Mesrobian has a bit of a dull personality, but he knows what he's doing. I had a tonsillectomy about three weeks ago and everything went well. I would recommend Dr. Mesrobian to my friends and family.

I've ask Dr. Mesrobian about a situation i have (ear popping) that been going on for weeks. He took notes and look in my ear. He didn't seem like he wanted to help me. Low energy and his response always leave with a frown on his face. I have a ear affection popping problem. He told me that it the problem doesn't go away, actually he said the affection come & go(??). And said that there were no solution to the problem (no medicine that will help), but then write me up a prescription for my nose, a HIGH TECH nose spray. (Didn't he say there were no treatment)?!...Nothing wrong with my NOSE. I would not go back and suggest you to check around before giving this guy your money.

Yes, the waiting room is crowded, and yes you have to wait (sometimes up to an hour), but Dr. Mesrobian was so calm and kind with me that it made it worth the wait. He knows his stuff and is direct without being harsh. In my case, we had to discuss the possibility of the "C" word, and I melted into tears in fear at it's mention. He immediately put his folder down and gave me a good long hug, then said "I'm sorry" several times. They can't teach that kind of caring in med school.

I went to Dr. Mesrobian because I couldn't hear well in one ear. After a cell phone call and a quick look in my ear, the Dr. did a hearing test. He diagnosed me with "sudden hearing loss" and said that I only had a 50% chance of recovering my hearing. I explained that my sinuses or a common cold could be the problem, but he was pretty sure of his diagnosis and dismissed everything I said. He put me on very heavy medication. The next day, I visited another Dr for 2nd opinion, and the Dr said that most likely I had congestion in the ear due to sinus problems and hearing test came back normal. I am fine and I can hear well again. Luckily, I had enough sense not to take the medication until seeing another Doctor. The new doctor even questioned the hearing test that I had gotten from Dr. Mesrobian, since ENT's usually aren't equipped with skills or sound proof rooms, etc to conduct these tests. I don't recommend Dr. Mesrobian. He caused a lot of grief to me and my family with his diagnosis.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mesrobian for several years and have found him to be the most caring and patient doctor. He saved my mother's life twice and told us to call him ANY time day OR night and he'd always be available to us. And he has kept to his word. He's been very good to my family and my self and is very knowledgable.

I went to see Dr. Mesrobian several times for hearing loss. The waiting room was always crowded and except for my very first visit I had to wait for 30+ minutes past my appointment time before I saw anyone. After prescribing a regimen of steroids which did nothing, he eventually told me that he couldn't do anything for me and that I shouldn't worry about it as he had patients that were MUCH worse off and couldn't hear at all. At that point I left and found a new doctor who treated me without steroids, listens to my concerns and my condition has improved.

I have had ear problems for 6 months. I had been to several doctors and had been diagnosed with ear infections. For some reason, my ears never got back to normal after those infections. I had to go back to the doctor many times until I was recommended to Dr. Mesrobian. My insurance doesn't allow me to go to a specialist without a referral, which is why it took so long. Anyway, I went to him because my ears were in constant pain, itching, bleeding, draining... all of the nasty stuff. He looked in my ears and diagnosed me with a skin condition in my ears... that's all he said. He gave a prescription for lotion, the pharmacy didn't want to give it to me, they said it's not supposed to go in your ears, it will burn. mesrobian pushed for it, and they gave it to me despite their concerns because it was doctors orders. I put that stuff in my ears and they burned for what felt like hours. It was 40% alcohol! If I would have known that, I would have just bought pure rubbing alcohol!
