Dr. Goodman is wonderful and most of her staff. The you get girls at the front desk are very helpful. The two main nurses are great with my boys who are 2 and 3. People complain about her staff being bad, but most them aren't. The problem is one older receptionist who can be a real crab head and the evil nurse who answers the call line, you can typically avoid the older receptionist and the nurse is worth the suffering because Dr. Goodman is wonderful.

Dr. Gail Goodman is amazing. I have asked around before finding a pediatrician and numerous people suggested her. She truly cares about every one of her patients and goes above and beyond. I drive about 45min to see her for appointments but she is so worth it. My 6month old and 8 year old absolutely love her!!!

She is an excellent pediatrician. She actually remembered us each time we visited. She took time to answer our questions and help with any concerns we had. We were sorry to have to move out of state and find a new pediatrician.

My wife and I are both physicians and we did ALOT of research into who our pediatrician would be. Everyone we talked to said 'Dr Goodman' over and over again, including many MD's & RN's. And everyone was right, Dr Goodman is great. She has been wonderful with us and our children, answering all our questions, taking her time and explaining her plan of care, even called us at home to give us test results that she herself had to track down because her office staff messed up, AGAIN. I would agree whole-heartedly with the posters below who have had bad experiences with her office staff. They, quite frankly, are terrible at their jobs and seem interested in doing the bare minimum required. You get the feeling that you have imposed on them (probably their smoke breaks) if you ask them a question or have some aspect of your child's care that deviates from their routine. Dr Goodman is awesome, her staff is awful. It's to the point I would almost switch if she wasn't so wonderful.

My children love going to see Dr. Goodman. They are older and she is easy to talk to. The office staff on the other hand are VERY VERY rude. I'm still thinking about leaving due to this. I had the office staff debate me regarding that I had to pay a larger co-pay and trying to explain to her that she was not correct she raised her voice in front of my children. I told her she was rude and did not know my plan. I called Dr. Goodman to expalin to her what happened and the staff even reported me to my insurance saying I yes I caused a scence. By the way I was correct on my co-pay. SO RUDE!!!

She's very down to earth...not an over-medicator, which I love. Very knowledgable nad up on current trends and ideas! Great pediatrician!

Dr. Goodman goes above and beyond. Calls you at home if your child has a serious problem. I have also been given her personal number. If your child is in the hospital she calls you daily and talks to you directly not the nurses.

I love Dr. Goodman!! She has been my 12 year old and 2 year old's doctor for many years. I feel quite comfortable talking to her about anything and she is so good with both boys. Her staff is not deserving to work with her. They are very miserable. I would think that her bubbly personality would have rubbed off, but I guess not.

Dr Goodman is the BEST ped dr I have found. She is very knowledgable and a great dr. She is great with the children and answers all your questions. You never feel rushed with her. The only problem (and it is not with her) is the staff that works there. They are very rude and unprofessional. They make you feel like you are below them. I love Dr Goodman but she would be best in a place where the staff is better.
