THIS DR. LEFT THE COUNTRY WITHOUT ANY NOTICE Yeeears ago!! Like in 2010/11-ish I think. I don’t remember the year exactly, but I sure remember what happened! ! I’d seen him for 4/5 years. Showed up to appointment back in 204/15 and looked through window to see a clear, vacant office with no explanation. Looked everywhere including the health department and my records were nowhere to be found!! Made it hard for me as a chronically ill patient to get the healthcare I needed! Years of “ starting all over again “ over and over, because he’s who diagnosed me after sending me to specialist after specialist, MRI’s, and test after test. My records were my proof of years of suffering and battling my illnesses and now they’re nowhere to be found, so my life was ruined and when He left the country he took my health with him. I’ve been fighting ever since. I’ve looked for proof of his very existence and practice in order to show drs. Who could potentially take me on and all I’ve found was a few things that didn’t really prove anything, so I looked like a liar. I did see an article or something where he’d been in trouble a couple times, but that doesn’t help much either. I feel defeated and don’t have confidence or much faith in doctors anymore!! The comments that are recent are crap!! He hasn’t been in U.S. for many years!

He is very thourogh Dr. However. He diagnosed me w/a degenerative muscle disease, put me on A LOT of different drgs, then out of nowhere, w/out discussion he sent me a letter releasing me as a patient w/no explination. I was left traumatized from the diagnosis, high and dry on all the medications he put me on and now I am searching for a new Dr.

If you need a doctor when has a knowledge of anything, please avoid this man ,he is a joke, and his staff is so rude.I left and will never go back people wait hours to see him,I was talking to a gentlemen in his office that said he will wait as long as he has to or he will not get his medication, which was being treated for back problems he informed me most people wait because of that he said Dr Aziz treats alot of people with pain meds and they will wait for them,so yes you guessed right pain pills.Get a real doctor i did not need his pain pills ,instead I wanted a real doctor

Alright, for those who say he takes a long time to get to you, yes it is tue but its because he spends a great of time with each patient instead of most doctors who let their nurse do everything. He treats everyone like a peson and not a case. He is caing and compassionate. He is not like most doctors who come in and look down at you and ask two questions and sign a chat and leave. Most doctors wont shake hands or say hello. D. Aziz sits down to eye level and inteviews you like a person and gets the whole story. He saved my life by finding out what my disease was when 13 other doctors couldnt. He takes his time but its worth it and if you are impatient then see another doctor who thinks he is better than everyone and doesnt care (there could have a severe medicall condition and that doctor who rushes could miss it, D Aziz woulsnt miss it) and rushes and just hands out meds. I am blessed to have a doctor like him and me and my family thank him and owes him gratitude for life.

It is worth the wait. He is very knowledgeable, and the most caring, compassionate doctor I know. He treats you as a person not just another case. I am a nurse and work at Hendersonville hospital, and would trust Dr. Aziz with my life. He truly cares!

waited two hours, the doctor left the office to go pick up his wife.i was informed this by his staff after waiting so long.he had several patients and left us .bedside manner is horrible me and my family went to his office i was new in town.i was already checking for another pcp for my family, but when he left patients in his office for over 2 hrs i left and will never go back.the only reason i had returned to his office after being treated bad the first time was because i take medication for hypertension, and he will not give refills on any thing so if you take medication on a regular basis you have to go in to his office every month .that can become very costly.
