The absolute best. When you get to know him he's funny, no nonsense and just plain brilliant. Although I no longer see him because of insurance issues I miss his expertise. He's real not a phony.

Dr. Mueller is the Best. He may be 'beside himself", but he studied for many years. He mastered neurology, internal medicine, and psychiatry. He is a pure genious who wants to cure all of his patients. I brought my husband to him, he spent 3 hours diagnosing his maladies. The bottom line is that he told us what his problem was, sent him for tests, and those tests confirmed his diagnosis. I felt bad for the patients in his waiting room. If they were me, I wouldn't mind waiting to see him. He is well worth the wait. Would you go to a doctor who rushed you out in 5 minutes, prescribing you medicine for a symptom? Or would you take 1 or so hours to see Dr. Mueller who diagnoses the cause of your symptoms, than you having to go for years spending money to find the answer that never comes?

Dr Mueller is a brilliant scientist and a first rate human being. He takes care of all the patients who come to him, regardless of the ability to pay. He works 6 days a week with no vacations to speak of, all because he believes in his social responsibilities to help people. It was he who told me that "these people" (meaning psychiatric patients) "suffer greatly". He knows your difficulties. He feels them deeply. About his eccentricities---speaking loudly, telling jokes-- are all part and parcel of a man who is FREE and CONFIDENT in his skills. Enjoy him, get to know him. He is ONE IN A BILLION. He has the heart and the skills to hep you. He He will come through for you every time. Don't judge him superficially without knowing his real reputation---a lifetime of dedication as the best of the best physicians in the fine art of brain chemistry. Oh, he is never punctual because he spends too much time with the patients who came before you. BRING A BOOK for the waiting room.

Dr. Mueller is not your usual doctor, if you are not willing to take the time to help figure out your illness, or like other comments here think you know more than a doctor then he is not the right doctor for you. It will take time and patience to get to the bottom of what ails you, but you will have no doubt the correct diagnosis was achieved.

Excellent physician who tries to find/treat organic problems first if there are any organic problems-- rather than just medicate/therapize folks. He is from a different generation, so most do not understand him until they realize what he is doing helps them. He's a sly fox but he monitors his patients constantly and is available to them by phone daily and even by mail (if you are note a local patient). If he needs to, he can refer you to the best doctors there are; people are sent to/go to Dr. Mueller b/c he is the fix it man--if no one else can figure it out-he can and will if medical science and art--it is somewhat of an art--can diagnose it. Persevere and be patient if you find him gruff; he is a teddy bear at heart and will work to help you for years even if you are no longer his patient. He is EXCELLENT and if there was another word besides excellent, I would use that.

This man is mad. He has an "I am God " complex and it can emotional damage his patience when he treats them like another project he "fixed" because he is so great. He is very untouch with emotions. And perhaps he is knowledable but this man to me is absolutely dangerous.

I've been Dr. Mueller's patient for over 30 years and he's consistantly been innovative in his use of medication to ensure that I've been able to live a productive life. He can be gruff and overbearing at times but if you are ill, he's completely focused and committed to making you function well. He utilizes blood chemistry tests, brain scans, and his own extensive experience to ensure that you will be properly diagnosed and medicated. If the meds he prescribes don't help you or you have side effects, he listens to you and makes the necessary changes. He doesn't have the polish and finesse that many doctors have, but he does have something better--He's the best detective for diagnosing complex psychiatric and neurological problems and his knowledge of psychopharmacology is unparalled. I owe my life to him.

if it wasn't for Dr. Muller to understand my short lost memories i would not be here to realize my family. yes he loud but cause he telling you the truth. his wife under stand him well, if she didn't would not be there to support me and live with the man for long time.

This guy saved my life. No joke. Granted he was 2 hrs late, it was because he was on the phone with the FBI. They had called him for expert advice about a case. I have been misdiagnosed for most my life and recently began to decline severely even though I was under the care of the hospital Neurologist. Within five minutes in front of Dr. Mueller, he noticed that I was being severely under medicated. He gave me the normal prescibed dose to stop seizures. He also seemed to have many answers and insights. That night I slept deep and awoke feeling refreshed. I am now 2 weeks in and I feel great!! Amazing!!! I have energy. I do not feel as though there is a gripping on my brain. I am alert and aware. I am seizure free. I am excited for the next visit. He has ideas for testing that may prove theories and possibly give more customized treatments. I went to him because I heard he was brilliant. Yes, he has his eccentricities and I love him for that. This guy is my dr. House.

An expert among the experts. Cure daughter in 3 days. Cured me of diabetes with surgery. He diagnoses the aliment and treats it to cure does mot mask symptoms. He test not guesses.
