I have been seen by Dr. Croasdale for over six years and have always been happy with his care. He is a no nonsense physician who listens to my medical complaints and acts accordingly in the direction of a positive out come for my health.

I have to agree with others regarding his poor listening skills. Described my problem to him and he ordered x-rays of an area not related to my injury. I suffered a week waiting and upon my follow up from x-rays was told I was fine and there no problem with my back. When I reminded him that it was not my back and that it was something else. Told me to come back in 6 months for another x-ray where they could look for calcium deposits. They guy just does not LISTEN. No patients in the lobby yet he was late 40 minutes. On other visits they have been up to an hour and a half late. Not going back there.

Terrible doc. Didn't listen to a word I had to say. Told me right off the bat he probaly couldn't diagnose my problem but wanted to schedule me for an injection the following week. No diagnosis given. No bedside manner. Found him to be kinda rude and uncaring. Waited in the lobby for 1 hour past my appointment time.

I had my 1st appt w/ Dr. Croasdale. Fantastic doc. Very good bedside manner, spent time actually listening and chatting. I wanted to change Dr somewhere closer to home and I think I made a very good choice.

Dr Croasdale has been my primary care physician for two years during which he has performed two annual physicals and investigated a possible TIA for me. The two physicals were just like physicals I have received in the past when I lived in the Bay Area. The TIA investigation was very thorough and seemed to cover all bases. It was clear after the results were all in that I had not suffered a TIA, and I am grateful thet Dr Croasdale went through extensive tests to try to track down the problem. In my opinion, Dr Croasdale is as good as, or better than, past physicians I've had, with whom I was very happy.

DOES NOT communicate. His diagnosis came to me via my insurance company, NOT his office. One-half of the diagnosis simply reflected what I had told him. The other half was incorrect. Had he been listening to me, he would have known this. As treatment he prescribed that I do four things. On a follow up visit he only wanted to discuss one of his prescribed actions. I had to bring up a second and he didn't seem interested in discussing that. I was shown the door before I was able to ask about actions three and four. In my several office visits I was never once given the impression that he was listening to what I had to say. Also, he seems to be a doctor that likes to prescribe high priced pills in lieu of actual treatment.
