Generally only disgruntled people write reviews, but in this case I only have positive things to say about Dr. Glouzgal. I've been going to Dr. Glouzgal for years and after reading her reviews on this site I can only say there are two ways to look at every situation. Yes, Dr. Glouzgal makes you come in to her office to check you before she'll prescribe medication. That's actually the right thing to do, even if sometimes inconvenient. Yes, her practice is just her and she takes days off to rest and be with her family like normal humans, but there are other doctors on call for her or you can go to urgent care or the ER. She follows up when she comes back. Thank goodness she has the sense not to allow herself to get really run down and burnt out. And yes, sometimes she tells you things you don't want to hear, like yes, you need to lose weight, or no, I won't prescribe that drug. So If you're feeling entitled and believe you should never have to wait for anything please don't bother to try this excellent, extremely competent doctor! But if you, like me, want someone who is skillful, balanced, intelligent and intuitive, try Dr. Glouzgal. I highly recommend her. She has provided me with excellent care as my primary care physician and has sent me to great specialists when necessary. Honestly, I wouldn't trust any other doctor the way I trust Dr. Glouzgal - she is simply one of the best doctors out there.

I don't recommend this place. I visited for annual physical, but they filed the claim for regular diagnosis and another as preventive care! 2 charges for 1 treatment. Not to mention the rude administrative office everytime I call. No bills sent out for the visit that happened in 2023! Also they never call back for requested information. I called several times already

Staff is very friendly and helpful, Dr. Glouzgal is on time and takes her time to listen-I never feel like I am being rushed so she can get to her next patient

There is no backup staff if you are ill and she is not available. Records are not available to anyone when she is not in office.

I was on the verge of suing for malpractice. She prescribed me Paxil for depression and made me (tried to, I went off AMA after 4 months) stay on it for the full 6 months despite the fact that I could not sleep at all and had spun into a Manic episode brought on by the medication. She ended up costing me lots of money in Dr and psychiatrist bills to get me back to normal.She also prescribed the wrong dose of blood pressure meds to my Sis in law causing it to drop to dangerous levels. EMTs had to be called to save her. In addition, I don't know all the details, but another friend says "She almost killed my mother". If you see her... run... she is an extremely dangerous idiot.

She is approachable and nice when you come for a visit but unapproachable when you need to contact her over a phone. For any little thing (refills)she makes you to come for a visit.
