David is Clearly in it for the Money. Very knowledgeable but plays with people lives and thinks it funny. Hes lost several workers over the years because he is a money hungry coward Dirty $&@# Licking and Sucking :-) Large While not just a piece of $&@".

I was seen at a young age by Dr Krencik. I was on work comp and my care was "ok". He was too quick to give me morphine at such a young age! They only hear what they want to. There agenda is pain care it $. I hope not all doctors are like this!!!!!!!!!

He has a terrable bedside manner and is very rude. I do not feel that he has helped me with my pain. However his PA is very nice and seems truely conserned about me.

This doctor was extremely rude and errogant to me. He didn't even ask if my current pain medicine was working. He gave me the same thing my family doctor was giving me until I could be seen by Dr Krencik. Dr Krencik refused to see me until I had insurance and even refused cash payment. So, my family Dr stepped in temporarily. He gave me even less of the same medicine that my family Dr prescribed, that wasn't working very well. I had a double fusion and revision of a fusion in my neck that failed. In fact, one of the top screws broke and the vertebrae collapsed. I'm in severe pain and my surgeon sent me to Dr Krencik to manage my pain until I have surgery again. My surgeon will only treat pain for 3 months after surgery, that's why he wanted Dr Krencik to manage my pain. Dr Krencik has no concept of pain and no empathy for his patients in pain.

This is the most degrating Dr. that I have ever visited. He told me that my level of pain did not match up with all the tests that I had done showing my current condition. He also told me that I was not being honest in his assesment of me and I waas messing up his diagonostic assessment of me. He talked down to me and made me fee as if I was a dirt bag, drug addict that was looking for a fix. I cannot transfer Dr.'s in the practice without a very legnthy process, so I am better to put up with his arrogance and get the treatment and look for another office that has physicians that up hold their "oath".

Refused to acknowledge that I have a documented allergy to lidocaine & injected lidocaine along with other drugs into my spine numerous times causing me a severe allergic reaction & a trip to the emergency room because I had severe swelling in my throat.
