I saw Dr.Higginbotham about 4 times and she seemed very friendly, but rushed and wouldn't let me finish a sentence. She gave me several samples for something I don't even have and got very upset when I didn't like a medication she put me on for something else. That's besides the fact that med had a severe interaction with something I was already on. She got frustrated with me because I didn't like the med she gave me and began to talk very loudly. Also, the only reason I was in there was because her office called me to schedule a follow-up appointment regarding some labs I had drawn. She barely even said anything about the labs and the only reason why she did, was because I told her why I was there. I left in tears and will never go back there again.

Dr. Higgenbothm has taken the time to take care of me and my daughters. She is very knowledgable in what she does. After coming here I wouldn't trust any other doctor with me or my children.

After asking several questions re health issue I was told "we have to keep this moving along". I kept it moving along. Right out the front door never to return.
