When I first saw him years ago, he was great. The last time I went in, he didn't have time for me or my questions. I haven't found a new MD yet, but I doubt I will ever go back to Dr. Carr.

Dr Carr is a great obgyn. I called his office and was seen right away for a dire situation, most of the other ones were trying to schedule me several months in advance. He listened to my issue and was able to resolve my issue His staff is very friendly. I recommend him to anyone.

I saw Dr Carr for the short time I lived in Raleigh and he was just awesome! His staff is great too. They don't make you wait for ages and they don't do the conveyor belt approach, he listens and empathizes with you. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great Doctor regardless of gender. I moved out of state and wish I could find another Doctor like him. He needs to relocate to Idaho.

Dr. Carr performed a Davinci System Hysterectomy on me in April 2014. Everything went great, except small infection on one of four surgical sights. His staff were very friendly and efficient. From the beginning of treatment to final visit it was about 1 month. I feel great and would definately recommend him to any woman

Dr. Carr has been my obgyn since I moved to NC. I actually found him in the phonebook and knew how to get there (long before I had a gps). It was the best decision I ever made. Finding an OBGYN you love and trust is a special thing. Dr. carr and staff are great people, personable, professional, and experts. I don't get that "dreaded" I have my "yearly" feeling anymore.

Dr. Carr has been my GYN for 10 years now, and I would never change. He and his staff are awesome, and have been there for me through some really difficult times. He has treated me for: Infertility, Miscarriage, Endometriosis, Iron Deficiency, Hypothyroidism, Obesity

Best OB-Gyn ever! Has taken care of me through everything from multiple ovarian cysts and surgeries, clinical depression/post-partum from miscarriage, tubal litigation & weight control using Phentermine. Wonderful doctor-highly recommend him to anyone who needs an understanding, caring physician who will help you with more than just Ob-gyn stuff.

Dr Carr, is a great doctor. I have been a patient of dr Carr for over 15 years. I resently had an appoitnment schedule with him, but on the morning of I woke up very sick. I called the office that morning before hours and left a message that I couldnt make it.(8:00am) office opens at 8:30am I received a call back from his receptionist stating that she had received my called, she left the message on my phone. Two weeks later I called to reschedule my appointment and they told me that I had a $40 charge for same day cancellation. I replied by reminding them that I woke up sick and couldnt make it and I called before hours. They replied that I should have called the night before. How can you call the night before when you were not sick then. I asked that Dr Carr contact, but didnt receive a call. This really was diappointing because I have never had to cancel an appointment with him, and this is how I was treated. Now I have to put trust in someone else. I really hate this had to happen.

I had to laugh at the previous review -everything top scores except punctuality. That is Dr. Carr - never in a rush, always very thorough and focused on the patient he is seeing. For that very reason I do not mind the wait. I have a nurse friend that I referred to him and she said he is the best medical referral she has ever received.
