He performed an EMG on me and I found him and his staff to be friendly and quick to put me at ease and make sure I was comfortable. He educated me about the procedure and results during the procedure and documented with me present, which instilled a lot of trust in him. I couldn't have asked for a more kind-hearted and knowledgeable physician.

Dr. Bertics cares about his patients and listens to all concerns. He is very quick to call to follow up on bloodwork. He tests for all sorts of weird things that other doctors do not look for.

I was actually taking my father there for treatment when Dr. Bertics looked at me and said there is medication to help or fix or Hemifacial spasms. I have been going to him for 3 yrs now and he is the best. Very knowledgeable. Takes the time to explain to you medical terms in easy to understand terms. He is the best in my opinion.

I saw Dr. Bertics for 18 years, until I had to move out of the state. He is the best doctor I have ever had. He helped me with multiple problems and was always willing to try new treatments, but only if he felt they would be effective; he didn't just go for radical choices. He is widely respected in the local medical community, and his demeanor with patients is fantastic. I'm still trying to find another neurologist as good as he is, and I think I'll be looking a long time.

I was forced to go to the ER with a severe migraine and he was recommended. He is wonderful; caring, extremely knowledgeable and willing to look into alternative methods to help with my migraines since I do not like to take excessive prescriptions. I have recommended him to friends in the area. He and his nurse have responded within minutes to my distress calls. I feel well taken care of very glad that he was recommended by the hospital.

This doctor stinks. He may have a degree from Harvard but he has a horrible way of treating patients. He under-treated me so that I was not getting better and he would make me feel like it was my fault. He wanted me to sleep all day and then take care of kids and go back to sleep. That is not a life. He was not truthful with me regarding possible treatments and their effectiveness. He did it b/c he was not able to provide the service even tho he did know neurologists who could do the treatment. His nurse was nice but she would tell me what he said and he was completely wrong abt me and my migraines. I went to him for a couple years b/c he was recommended and those years were wasted b/c he under treated me and should have sent me to someone else who could have helped me better. He went out on his own, failed and went back to a big practice. He spends 5 minutes and is gone. He is unavailable after hours during crisis/migraine at ER. Stay away from him- he will milk you for appts.
