From my first visit Dr. Gladstone has demonstrated incredible knowledge in pain management. More importantly he demonstrated he has the same amount of compassion for his patients!

Dr McDowell very nice and seems knowledgeable
I am scheduled for a procedure next week it is a bit invasive but will be worth it if it stops my back pain
On my first visit I was. Given a person to contact with questions but I never received a return call and receptionist said she could not help as everyone was in surgery the nurse who did the history and physical was fabulous and very helpful hope office is available if I have a problem

Dr. Gladstone & his staff are fabulous!! Dr. Gladstone was wonderful - very patient...took the time to listen to me and after 7 years of feeling like I was crazy - he gave me an answer to my pain and believes we can get it under control!! I'm excited to undergo treatment and feel like there is a light at the end of my dark tunnel!! Thank you!!

In my opinion Dr. Gladstone McDowell is the best pain management doctor in Central Ohio. If it wasn't for him and his staff I couldn't of finished my career, and have been able to retire under my own terms. I'm able to manage and live with my pain and look forward being retired. Also when I met him for the first time seven years ago he believed me and understood that I was in pain and mapped out a plan to address the pain.

They are sometimes a little slow, and sometimes it is hard to reach them on the phone but I would still recommend them. I recently left them messages on line and that seemed to work out pretty good, so if you need to see someone for pain then these are the folks for you.
