I went not know what was wrong with my foot, but knowing that after years of suffering with it I had to do something. The first visit I immediately feel in love with the staff, on my second visit for needed surgery I feel for the Dr. My third visit confirmed everything, he is the BEST as is his staff. Work the 2 hr drive and the 1 wait for the care they all provide

I understand the person frustrated with wait times. However, I go knowing I will probably wait as Dr. Dubay is so thorough in his exams and stuff happens. since I come prepared to wait, I am delighted if I get in sooner and if I wait, I don't get upset. The quality of care given, the staff, always cordial and helpful. Dr. Dubay is worth the wait for the quality of 'care' I receive.

I have been seeing Dr.Dubay for MANY years(probably 15+)My last visit was 2 weeks ago & I had to wait more than 1.5 hours before being called.After I was finished I was told that I needed to come back in 2 wks & I asked what time I could get an appt. that I would not have to wait long.I was told that a 1:00p.m. appt. would get me in right away.Today I drove 1 hour there & was not called back until 1:55p.m.When I told the nurse that I was not happy she came back & said she would go ahead and take xrays b/c she felt he would order them & it may speed my wait.I waited until 2:25p.m. b/f leaving w/o being seen.I called his off. when I got home & told them they should not file the xrays on my ins and they said that they would have to! I asked to talk to Dubay & was told he could not hear on the phone. I asked for an email addr and was not given one. I am calling my ins. agency & requesting they not pay for the xrays or a visit which never happened.I will never rec. Dubay to anyone I know

for 3 years i went to a foot dr in chicago where at the time i lived .when i moved here in oct 2011 every one said this guy is the most "human"and,is the best.i seen him in nov and he is the most personable,knowledgeable ,and down rite friendly i have ever met .he straighten out my foot in 2 visits.plus the staff are as friendly as the doc.it was unusually a pleasant visit[s] god bless . The best podiatrist I've found. Very concerned and caring about his patients. Doesn't want to do surgery unless he absolutely thinks it will help. I would and have recommended him to several people and they are also happy with him.
