Worst Medical office experience ever. I had a death in the family and have to travel out of state. My Appt was on Thurs Aug 25 so I called first thing Mon morning Aug 22 as the paperwork stated "Please contact Dr Tuan Nguyen's office at least 3 days prior to your appt if you need to cancel or reschedule for the appointment." I was told I would be charged to reschedule even though it was 3 days prior as stated in my paperwork and the paperwork said nothing about a reschedule fee. I said I was not going to pay a reschedule fee, I would just cancel. There was no one in the office that could cancel my appointment and was told I would be called back the next day. No call, so I called Dr Tuan Nguyen's office again. I explained the situation to the person that could reschedule/change the appointment and was told the same thing. This is horrible patient service and the paper work should indicate a reschedule fee. After my experience, I would never use or recommend this office. And good luck if you get the Dr that doesn't speak English very well, makes it that much more difficult.

Doesn't return calls ever. Had an appt with the dr and he never showed. His P.a. was there instead and couldn't answer our questions. Said she would call with answers. Never did. Waste of an appt. Had trouble with prescription and instead of changing it to something else, wanted to see patient again, even though patient had just been there for a wasted 2nd time.

Excellent doctor. Read all the reports. asked the right questions. I am confident in his diagnosis & recomendations for treatment. He is knwledgeable. Explained things & answered my questions. didn't rush me or talk down to me. I felt respected, heard & understood. No games. Straight forward. I would highly recomend this doctor.
