FOR A WONDERFUL, CARING DOCTOR. SHE HAS A HORRIBLE STAFF! THEY PAY NO ATTENTION TO WHATEVER YOU ASK. MAKE YOU WAIT FOREVER FOR APPOINTMENT REGARDLESS OF WHATEVER IS WRONG. DOES NOT FORWARD MESSAGES TO BEST OF KNOWLEDGE. DID NOT WANT TO SEE ME AFTER LIFE/DEATH SITUATION--COULD NOT UNDERSTAND. STAFF REFUSED TO LET ME SPEAK WITH HER.

Don't try to reach this office on the weekend. The tape machine goes round and round and only a very tenacious person would be able to figure out how to reach someone live. Surely not someone who is sick. Not a user-friendly office or one that thinks of patients as being their number one priority.

Unfortunately as nice and good as she is for your scheduled exam, she is never availabe when you are sickor not feeling well.She does not return phone calls when you have a concern,which for me has only been 3 times in the last 10 years.She will not go to the hospital if you are admitted at any time. The practice send their hospitalist.You will almosy always see one of the newer doctors in the practice if you need an appointment when you are sick. I have finally stopped going here because when I was not feeling well recently with chest pain, Dr. Haughney never would return my call.This is sad that a doctor as good as she is is so uncaring when you do not feel well .I would not recommend this practice.

I've been a patient of Dr. Haughney's for about 30 years when she first started her practice with Dr. Kushner. She was one of the reasons I became a doctor myself. Very knowledgeable and careful, extremely caring and goes out of her way. Great doctor.

Dr. Haughney is a very good doctor. My entire family goes to her, and has been going to her for years now. She is very helpful, and easy to talk to about any problems, no matter how embarrassing they may seem. The desk staff, however, is simply incompetent. I had a question about a prescription that needed to be answered by a real person, yet every time I called and said this, I was transferred to an automated voicemail. It took two weeks of calling and leaving messages to get an answer.

Dr. Haughney is compassionate and knowledgeable. She makes herself available when needed. To be honest, she is my idea of the perfect physician.

I was seen on time and had ample time to discuss my concerns. Dr. Haughney convinced me that this would not be within her expertise andreferred me to my dentist. The issue was resolved to my satisfaction. She has always taken her time to listen to my concerns and has always treated me with respect. I feel comfortable about asking for her opinion on new treatments as she is always willing to take the time to clarify both pro and con issues. I have recommended her to all of my friends and have never had any negative feedback.
