Dr. Madaan is not only a very in-depth provider (be ready with a pen and notepad because you will get to learn so much about how your biology works!), he is very cheerful, compassionate and astonightly remembers you and your family by name and history, even after a gap of 4 years when you return with your children for their care and for your husband's sleep issues. I heard from some other long-standing patients that they did not have as much luck with staffing early in the pandemic but with a new competent office manager, they have been successful in bringing in better quality staff. They are back as a genuinely caring service team like I remember this place from a few years ago. If you want a thorough assessment and state of the art understanding beyond just an allergy test that your average MD can offer, you will not be disappointed.

After two years of treatment with Dr. Madaan I'm extremely satisfied with the results. Thanks to Dr. Madaan I have my life back. My allergies were really bad, I would wake up every day without knowing if my face was going to be swollen to the point that I couldn’t even open my eyes or even feel my mouth.
Now, after two years I feel like a new person. Dr. Madaan is very knowledgeable and patient which meant a lot, not only for my health but also for my self-esteem.
I read some of the other review and I'm able to relate to some of the issues with the office staff such as disorganization, timely billing, wait time and follow-up but at the end I knew that I was there to address my allergy issue with Dr. Madaan. I recently found out that they have changed some of the office staff so hopefully they will do good for Dr. Madaan.

If you need an in-depth immune system workup or care for asthma or chronic hives, look no further. Very impressed with how everything was investigated and explained. Not surprisingly, all of my symptoms (of 14 years’ duration) are so much better controlled within 6 weeks from the first visit. Highly recommended! Very meticulous - they had me confirm lack of fever, cough or other respiratory symptoms twice prior to coming in for the appointment. I am very confident in the results because they are based on data and facts.

My problems started when my thyroid, para-thyroid, hyper and hypo nodules were removed, while paralyzing my throat. My allergies went beyond normal, going into angioedema and anaphylaxis. My throat was closing often, and was unable to find good medical help. I had a throat that wasn't healing, voice and breathing problems that many ENT's diagnosis as cherry red, and some people take longer to heal.
I found Dr Madaan from ratemd and he has been a God Sent.... Dr Madaan listens to your concerns, while observing your body language. .He treats you with respect. He is able to take the out of normal, and thrives on finding the fix, where most only can handle common everyday occurrence. Imagine starting allergy shots at 70 years old. Throat closing and allergies have greatly improved. I also have learned how to deal with the doctors sending me from Dr to Dr and never putting a plan in place to fix anything. Trying to get a Dr closer, I tried the Cleveland Clinic allergy, I was beside my self because the Dr stated I couldn't be tested because I had taken an antihistamine, then 15 min's later he directed me to never stop taking any medicines.... changed his mine after I showed him pictures of reactions... I live in Ohio , but travel to VA for an appointment. Yes, I would recommend him to anyone who has not been able to find help.

Finally a doctor who gets it, who treats the whole patient. I have dealt with medical issues my whole life. Seen a lot of people in the medical community who simply bandaid the problems or blame my Fibromyalgia. Dr. Madaan listened to my story, used his knowledge and skills and passion to solve problems and is currently fixing my issues. He has made a difference in my quality of life. I could not ask for a more efficient and friendly and knowledgeable Dr. His staff is amazing and welcoming and quite a great bunch. I highly recommend Dr. Madaan.

So glad we took our daughter there! We were told she had reactive airways by another local specialist - turns out she had acid reflux and not allergies. Fixing it fixed her "reactive airways." Dr. Madaan picked up on the diagnosis within 5 minutes of discussion of symptoms. Very impressed!!

Terrific office - always on the ball! We always feel welcome like a family and results are so obvious! All patients I have spoken to have been fully in tune with staff and Dr. Madaan. This is hands down the best and most friendly medical office I have been to in my 57 years! They can sometimes be very busy since they work sick people in, but that could be any one of us too. I have never been told that they could not work me in. That is phenomenal and explains their commitment to their patient's health and well-being.

Theirs is a very busy office with in-state and out-of-state clients but you are guaranteed to get the most thorough evaluation. Think of it as a wellness oriented place with all the scientific backing to guide you to noticeable results. They provided me a variety of options and let me choose what worked the best for me. Dr is very personable and genuinely caring; they are available 24 hours by phone and I have saved myself a few trips to the Urgent Care by getting the right advice here. I have sent four friends to them and have heard nothing but great stuff in feedback from them. Highly recommended to any and all! - Tammy

My husband, daughter and myself have received excellent care here over the past 3 years. Dr. Madaan is very thorough and diligent, and spends a lot of time with his patients. They prioritize sick patients. I remember our 2 asthma flares - we could not get in with our primary care and did not want to see someone at MedExpress who did not know us.
