Dr Cooper himself was a great doctor. But my son barely ever got to see him on a constant basis. We were always put with the other dr or the nurses. I left this practice because of the other dr giving me unwanted personal advise that had nothing to do with the reason for our visit. We also visited one morning with ear pain, was sent home with nothing wrong and was then in the er that night with double ear infections. How can that be missed? If you go here, see dr Cooper only

My children have been going to Dr Cooper for 8 years. They are very responsive to calls into the nurses station. They are very punctual with appmts and interact very well with my children. They have never turned us away even if I call at closing time, they will always make time to see a sick child.

In my opinion, Dr. Cooper and his staff provide nothing but the best care and advice for me and my child. They have always been attentive to our concerns and able to provide assistance for routine and emergency situations. Sometimes I have been so upset, I could not remember the instructions they gave me they must have sensed that because when I got home and looked at the papers I was given, I had a step by step instruction sheet in my hand! I was able to calm down and do exactly what they told me would be best for my child. They make sure you are on track with all of the needed vaccinations. And the office is so clean and attractively decorated. I really dont mind going there. Its never a crowd of sick children waiting in the lobby area. They really respect your time and see you as quickly as they can. I quickly recommend Dr. Coopers office to anyone looking for a great place to take there kids. And I didnt even talk about the office hours.
