We have been seeing Dr. Ona for over 20 years now. He always takes the time to talk with us and work through any issues we have. The front desk office staff has had a lot of turnover & needs work, but that's not why I go to him. He has helped us out when we were without insurance as well. He has stayed late to complete care for us when we arrived later in the day. I never feel like I'm being pushed out to make numbers like at some offices.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME there. I went there as a new patient and had annual checkup with requested certain blood tests. I only seen by Sarah PA and she said she is the doctor. LIAR!. They said they would call me for blood result and they never did. They said they couldn't leave the message while I didn't receive any missed call from them. I asked my certain blood test result, they said oh your insurance doesn't pay that kind of test in the same day. I said Sarah even told me she would bill out two seperate days for different blood tests on the day I was there. Then the lady on the phone (she not even introduced her name) said oh your insurance doesn't cover that blood test on that day. If you want you can make appointment to come back. I called my insurance and they said I can have all blood tests in the same day, no matter how many.
The office is big and new but they need to work on PROFESSIONALISM.

I retired and move here in 2010, to find out that I was without and insurance. Dr Ona still didn't refuse to see me, and have got all of my previous medical records from out of state. I will be receiving my medicare care this year. Because I am a baby boomer.He is the best. His nurse is great. Thank you and your staff very much for working with me doing this difficult times. Dr Ona has been my doctor for 10 years now. He is excellent. And for those of us that do not like going to the doctor, he is a great match. Always in a great mood and cares about his clients.

Dr. Ona is awesome. He and his staff are always very friendly and understanding of your time and situation. I have recommended him to all of my friends. His hours of operation are most convenience especially if you cannot get off work early. Saturday hours are awesome too! I would not change doctors unless I moved out of state!

Dr.Ona is amazing! The several times I've visited his office he's always greeted me with a warm caring smile and does a thorough exam while listening to my concerns, providing professional treatment and caring for each individual patient.

Countless visits to Dr. Ona over the years have confirmed my opinion of him: he is seriously lacking in medical knowledge. As a patient, I almost always diagnose myself then request the needed medication or antibiotics. Dr. Ona does nothing but quickly agree with my unprofessional diagnosis and prescribes the medication I request. There is no checking of symptoms or critical thinking on his part. He is a sad excuse for a physician.
