Poor staff customer service. long waiting periods. informality of Dr loman to follow up with other important things about his patients rather than charge the insurance for a visit to request medical documents released.

Dr Loman is a very kind and helpful doctor that really cares about his patients. He spends more time with each patient than any other MD I have ever been examined by (this creates long waits). This kindness creates a problem with his office staff as they are rude and downright hostile. My appointment was cancelled and I was never called to advise me. I found out after taking a sick day from work and found a sign on the door "closed today" and when I tried to ring the bell, a short blonde staff member with eyeglasses met me at the door and barked at me, and asked if I "could read english" (sign on door). When I asked her name, she refused to give it, but did tell me that she was the office manager. As I was leaving I heard someone in the office call her by name and I think it was "gige" or something like that. I had heard her snap at other patients before for some rediculous violations. Like "stand behind that line". Loman is a saint but his office mgr is a monster

Dr Loman is a very dedicated doctor. He came to see me at the hospital when I was to have surgery. He came by everyday and even showed up a 11 pm to discharge me the night before 4th July holiday. He is very knowledgeable and addresses every concern you may have. It does however take a while to see him in the office, plan to wait a couple of hours, but he is definitely worth waiting for. The staff could be better too, but don't let a bad apple spoil the whole bunch.

It takes hours to be seen by him (although the staff will let you check in and then leave if you must), but he takes his time with each patient, answers all questions and each visit is like a complete check-up where all of your concerns are reviewed. He is a narcoleptic, which might prove a challenge for some patients, and I wish he had a higher regard for my privacy sometimes. But, overall, he's knowledgeable and empathetic, and goes above his call of duty as a doctor in order to see to your best care.

Dr. Loman is a gem of physician. His clinical and personal skills are wonderful. But his staff,if I could rate a -10, would be kind. They are a mess. It's a shame, because he is a very good physician. Once you sign in, you will be lucky to be seen within 4-6 hours.
