He is great. Sonetime's there's a wait because he takes as much time with you as he needs to. His office staff Juan and Juanna are the best they help me as often as Dr. Ojea. He knows his stuff, he cares and he knows how to get you in to see specialists pronto.

Do not go to this doctor! Save yourself the aggravation and find another practice. Although Dr Ojea seems to be a knowledgeable doctor, the office is an absolute joke. in 3 consecutive appointments in a 3 month period i waited 1 1/2- 2 hours to be seen. I walked out today prior to being seen after 1hr 45 min of waiting. The woman at the front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional. When I spoke to the office manager to express my concerns, her response was "find another doctor then". If you want horrible service, complete disregard and lack of respect for your time then make an appointment and pack a snack because you will be waiting. In addition, I was once sitting in the office a year ago in tears with walking pneumonia and was still forced to wait close to 2 hours even though i had an appointment. I cannot express to you enough to find another doctor. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE save yourself the aggravation.

This Doctor , has been an amazing, carrying Doctor & to my self & My husband & cant tell you how of him his knowledge have helped me with my diease , we need more Doctors in our community whom take the time to care & his staff Juan is Truly patient lovely young man & wilt ease Nacy makes it easy to fill Rx & when your truly ill this all makes the difference ! Rude, dirty and incompetent office staff. They make unnecessary appointments to bill insurance and charge patients. Don’t not go to this practice!

Terrible practice! Bad front office especially ignorant rude office manager who will not let you speak. I was there 3 times in the course of 6 months. First time waited 2 hours to see the Dr for 5 minutes who only wanted to talk about what he wanted to talk about, which was not why I was in the office. Second time I was there for bloodwork, waited for an hour and was then told that should have been fasting. If you are a new patient, don't go, if you are a current patient, good luck The third time, waited for an hour fifteen minutes, Dr. was very unprofessional & defensive , does not listen to the patient. When I ask for the test that I was there for, he got up and walked out on me without a word. The nurse came to the door and I asked her if the Dr just walked out on a patient, he came back to the room and asked me to leave his office. I found this to be a very hostile environment that made it impossible for me to get the care that I needed. Since the nurse had told me that I had a UTI infection, I reminded the Dr that he was sending the patient away with a known UTI without any treatment, at that point he did give me a prescription. I would have felt better going to a walk in clinic for my care. There is No compassion or concern for the patient and a lot of ethics concerns in this office.

Been with Dr Jo for 25 years. Awesome Dr. My Kids see him, my exhusbands family sees him my boyfriends family see him. I will never change. Would recommend to any one that wants a Dr willing to listen and talk to you

Recently hung up phone twice after ten minutes on hold. Office visit waits usually about an hour for a few hurried minutes of "care."
