Because of Dr. WEBSTER and staff especially Dianne, I was referred to and approved for my Gastric bypass surgery in 3 months. she always did have a paperwork that was required to be filled and a very kindly Timely manner. They are very helpful and old school. Love them all.

Be advised that they use a billing system (portal) - you must give them your credit card or they give you a VERY difficult time and will argue with you that it will not be used unless notified. Once they have you credit card the company they use for billing - Hello Health - will bill you $69.00 annual membership fee - which evidently is noted in the SMALL print of their terms of service with this company. They say they have a sign out front - I never saw a sign and if they do, it certainly doesn't state the facts up front. Warning: DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER AND OPT OUT OF THEIR PORTAL BILLING PROGRAM unless you want to be charged annually for their services. Devious concept to say the very least....AND on top of all this I have to go back for testing because they LOST my lab work!!

Don't waste your time. Dr. Webster is a good doctor, but his office staff is probably the worst I have ever seen - you never know who will be there the next time you go back and sit and sit and sit and sit and wait and wait and wait - .Don't bother getting your blood work done there, unless you want to be stuck by the original (100 year old)vampire who is about as friendly as a rattlesnake. X-rays? Why, yes, we do X-rays! We have the most modern (50 year old) equipment this side of the back woods in Africa! Our friendly receptionist will be very happy to snarl at you when you arrive, and will even give you another snarl as she makes your next appointment for a time or date you don't want.

The first words out of Dr. Webster's mouth were "you're too young to have anything wrong with you, it's probably just stress." He also tried to claim that my elevated triglyceride level was due to animal protein. In actuality, high triglycerides indicate ingesting too many carbohydrates! This on top of waiting 2 hours past my appointment time to be seen. His partner is equally ignorant. Don't waste the considerable amount of time you will spend in his waiting room for this kind of service.

Dr. Webster makes me feel like he really cares about my health issues. Only "complaint" is that I have to wait at my appointment time because he takes so much time with each patient, but tries to see all he can because he cares.
