Dr. Castellano's office staff are his biggest problem, the service I received was horrible, had problems with refferals, had problems with appointments, never was taken in on time. I did not make an appointment to be seen by a nurse and, when finally seeing Dr. Castellano, he did not have time to discuss my concerns because other patients were waiting. I felt rushed on every visit and, always left his office knowing no more than when I arrived. Our doctor, patient relationship has been terminated.
