Spent 6+ years seeing Dr Deshpande. He always looked out for my best health. He always tried to keep my pain at a tolerable level. Had to find a new doctor in 2018 because Medicaid would not allow me to go to Him. 4 years later I have seen many doctors all at same clinic and now 5th one is leaving and telling me to find a new doctor the clinic will no provide a doctor.

First, if you value your time, you better choose another doctor. He routinely rinds 2-21/2 hours behind schedule and does not apologize for it at all. His staff is rude, they must not have a issue finding patients because they don’t seem to care a bit how long your wait is or what issues you might have. He only wants to put a pain pump in you or a back stimulation device. No medical management, so if your hoping for that, and you don’t mind waiting several hours beyond your appointment, then by all means, use them. You’ll regret it.

Unfortunately there was not an option for zero stars or it would be my rating. Sadly you can be a patient for years with no issues and be dismissed because you question their staffs integrity. The office manager needs a class on business ethics and basic communication skills. Their staff is constantly new and rude. You wait hours to see them in office and weeks for return calls and months for treatments that they forget to submit to your insurance company. DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE!

I am trying to be fair on assessment but 1 Star is too much for all categories except for knowledge. Dr has knowledge he just has awful office and some people working for him. Takes months to get back to patients and this is with patients calling in. And when you call them on it they just get rid of patients that complain. Please don’t go here. They will give you hope and then keep you dangling for months. I stated process for pain pump in may. It was October when they said I could get the pump then tell me insurance is holdup. It wasn’t because I had been in constant contact with insurance. Dr office didn’t submit paperwork until last minute that they wanted. They should have sent it when I had successful trial but they didn’t. They don’t send it till I call reminding them hey I’m still here waiting then blame insurance which by the way had their paperwork done before date I was supposed to be in. Dr office wouldn’t get back to insurance people not other way around. Worst office I have been to and I’ve been to many in the last 25 years.

I have been to many Dr.s and I really like dr. Deshpande.. He explains to me in terms I understand.. and truly concerned.. Not many Dr's and elderly person can go to and feel safe in his treatment...

I was in a terrible accident and was in severe pain and Dr. Deshpande got me through the pain. His staff is wonderful and he takes his time with appointments..I would highly reccomend him.

I know it sounds cliche’d but I really feel that Dr. Deshpande has given my life back to me. I have one of the nastier forms of Rheumatoid Arthritis and for years had to choose between pain and pills. The problem with pills is that there always seems to be too much or too little in your system. Dr. Deshpande has made it so that I just live a normal life, no pain and no buzz. Also, he doesn’t just tell me to not see other doctors for pain, he makes it possible. I recently had a bad reaction to something used during surgery by another doctor. Dr. Deshpande got me in that same day and helped me weather the situation rather than having to get something from the surgeon and hope it didn’t react badly with what I was already taking. The other thing that I really appreciate is the professionalism and helpfulness of his staff.
The only downside for me is that it’s a long drive, but it’s more than worth it.

Dr Deshpande has always been a tremendous help to me and has always tried to find the best answer to solve my problem. He is always genuinely concerned with my well being and controlling the level of pain I have. His bedside manner is A number 1 and the treatments he has provided for me have always been to the best of his ability. He has provided me more help and relief than any other physician I have had. With the treatments he has provided to me, I have less pain now than I have had in 10 years.

Dr. Deshpande is very patient and understanding. I have had other health issues and he and his office have been very accommodating. He makes sure you understand everything that is going on with your health.
