Had sudden loss of vision and extreme nerve/muscle pain and loss of control. She ordered MRI half a dozen times in a year, sent me for tons of blood work, which was sent to a lab my insurance does not cover. Ordered a spinal tap,and due to emergency I was unable to have done at that time. I went back to her and was in tears as my vision had not gotten better, my body was rapidly deteriorating, and I want my life back. She looked at me and said, "So you are doing better." She didn't hear a work I had said. Then tells me it's all stress, go to physical therapy, go to the gym 5 days a week, and here's a prescription for sleep. After researching the drug it is a highly controlled substance that is highly addictive, and not used for as a sleep aid. Also, she refused to reorder a spinal tap after my GP requested it to help rule out MS or other auto-immune diseases. This woman is either under-educated or lazy. Never will I go back!

I felt that she would not listen to anything I said nor respond to my questions unless pressed to do so. I have never left a doctors office so confused and flustered.

I was referred to her for migraines. She ordered a cat-scan, bloodwork, eye doctor, and when she ordered a sleep study and I asked WHY, she couldn't give me a real answer except that "it was important to have done." (IN HER BUILDING TOO!) She just kept telling me to take painkillers and anti-inflamatory drugs and never got into WHY I was having headaches or what could be done to prevent them. When I complained that I got dizzy, she said that there was nothing wrong with me. I went somewhere else and it ended up being a simple inner-ear infection. SHE IS USELESS, rude and very difficult to understand.

I was referred to Dr. Kaznatcheeva to examine a painful bump on the back of my head accompanied by a 5-day migraine. Upon examination, she felt the swollen area, and sent me for a brain MRI. She also wrote several prescriptions and referred me to a general surgeon in her practice. Before filling the scripts, I investigated them, and balked at the warnings for Furocette, a barbituate, and highly addictive. I filled it, took one pill, and as a single mother and a hairdresser, slurred speech and bumping into walls would not do. I called for two days, still in pain. When I was finally able to get her on the phone, she completely dismissed me. She was furious that Id contacted my own neurosurgeon, said she wouldnt be able to read my films until Tuesday (5 days from then), and refused to write me a new script. She said "You have a choice, take the pills, or be in pain, its that simple." She spoke so condescendingly to me that I told her, "I dont believe you can help me any further."
