Dr. Blum is a good doctor but his office staff is the worst and they will bill your insurance company for whatever they feel like and bill you for an office copay when you DO NOT owe one. I have talked to my insurance provider and the state regulatory office and their office practices are not correct. I love Dr. Blum but I don’t think his abilities are worth the massive hassle and overcharge that his office puts you through. Once I waited over an hour for an appointment and that was AFTER I called before I left work and they said there were no schedule problems. They have put me in with the wrong doctor completely and then were like “oh well.” Nasty attitude there, really bad staff. Caveat emptor.

Very kind and knowledgeable. Can be a bit condescending and talk down to you, also feels the need to reprimand you or your behavior, clearly oversteps in these areas. Needs to stick to treating skin conditions and keep the lectures to a minimum. Prides himself on being helpful and talkative though, spends whatever time is needed with each patient. Great at what he does and good to work with. I will definitely continue to be his patient.

Very nice, very knowledgeable, and VERY experienced. My procedures have all been painless, the worst part is removing the band-aid. You might have to wait, but it's worth it.

New patients cannot be seen for exactly 2 months. New patients are still considered new even if family member has been treated multiple times.
