Professional Doctor.. He is excellent physician. For my two kids

After moving to the area, we had a hard time finding what I considered adequate medical care. I was raised in a medical family, so I knew what I was looking for. Most doctors in the area come across as rushed, uneducated, inattentive, and constantly just following pharmaceutical hype for the money. Dr. Garner was a breath of fresh air and has been a great addition to my children's lives. He has worked with me to understand my son's special needs before altering his medication. He was safe and took his time and when we finallychanged the medication it was the exact medication he has needed. He was honest and open about everything and gave me the tools I needed to handle things at home. He might be a little "old school" for some people because he does not just write prescriptions for anything you ask but for people seeking a real medical professional he is the best I have found in the area. He will definitely remain my family's pediatrician from here on out.

I have been going to this practice for yrs. Since 1986 to be exact. The practice has changed. They only cared about what would make them the most money. I was treated terribly the last time I went for help. There have been a number of medical mistakes that have sent my children to the hospital. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. When I brought up my issues Dr. Garner didn't have time to listen. He wrote up a referral to see another practice.

I've been bringing my kids to Dr.Garner for the last 7 years. Unfortunately we are leaving this practice because of the staff and not the Doctor. If you are thinking in joining this practice be prepare to deal with an extremely rude and uneducated front staff. They were the worst we've seen. I hope you have a different experience than mine. Another issue is the billing. They run their billing department upstairs of the building separate from the office. The front desk does not handle any billing related issues. Dr Garner and all the other doctor are ok.

Dr. Garner is is extremely helpful and has good bed side manner. He is an expert in his field and is ager to pass along advice and explain in detail my children's conditions, causes and prognosis. He is prompt and follows up the following day to check on my child after and ER visit. He has even called the pharmasist for me when there was a concern about dosage. I am so happy we have Dr. Garner as our Pediatrician!

Dr. Garner is an excellent Dr! I have a special needs child and a 4 month old and he is excellent with them!
