Dr. C is great and thorough. I agree some of his staff can use improvement. Re: Comment on Abbey Lauren Elias I happen to be shopping at Ulta about a week ago I over heard her tell a customer " oh only old people write checks " I'm sorry that's very unprofessional and rude to say because I know many 30/40/50 yr olds who write checks. I agree she's fake and wicked ignorant for her age. She's got a lot of maturing to do and should think before she opens her fat mouth. She annoys me

He's been my Dr. for over 3 years. I have no complaints. He's excellent and through. Re: negative review below which I think Abbey Lauren Elias wrote who's a spaz that works at Dawn's Pizazz and Ulta Beauty she talks ill of everyone and big gossiper. I briefly worked with her ( she's so unprofessional and has a fake personality ) would cuss a lot and speaks ill of customers and coworkers. Her managers need to keep a watchful eye on her. She's not one to trust! She's all over the place and rather immature. Has a lot of growing up to do. She should worry about herself and point fingers when she's perfect.

I've been going to him for over 2 years. I like him.. However I'm not find of his MA either. Thin gal with dark straight hair. Not very personable. I asked her a ? got a snotty response. She even took my bp wrong. They need to really retrain MA/ LPN's how to take a correct BP ( she was way off) hope he hires a better MA

I've been his patient for like 3 years. I like him he listens and is thorough. However I too had an issue with that MA with long dark hair. She didn't even escort me into the examing room . She made me walk in front of her. Was I like suppose to guess what room I was suppose to go into to?! Smh I was standing in the hallway after looking back at her then she points to the room. She didn't introduce herself and seemed rather unfriendly. Any MA or nurse I've ever had always introduced themselves this MA was kinda acting like she was bothered. Funny she took my BP wrong too ( she got 160/100- Dr. C took it like 10 min later he gets 130/80 . I also had my BP taken the day before at another doctors office it was 122/80 - I swear some of these MA's/ Nurses can't take a BP for shite ( they just see someone who weighs over 160 and its " oh your BP is high " I think some have to get retrained in taking BP correctly - I didn't care for this MA at all

I've been his patient for a few years. I like him. He's thorough, empathetic and listens. However, I'm on the fence with his MA with dark long straight hair( she doesn't come across very warm. Didn't even introduce herself. I also feel she took my BP wrong

I've been a patient here for like 2 years. I like the doctor. However, I had to cancel a PE over a month ago. I told the receptionist " I'll call to reschedule" within a month Felicia, called and asked me if I wanted to make an appt. I tell her " I will call" she says ok I'll notate it. Later in afternoon I get another call diffrent lady Re: this appt. she is told I spoke to Felicia, already. The lady said Felicia, never made notation that she spoke to me. ( not cool) she didn't do her job. Again, I will call to reschedule don't need to feel pressured to make the appt. Hope he hires better staff. I wasn't fond of his young MA he has recently ( don't know her name)

I've been a patient for over a year. I like the Dr. and his staff. I have to say though when I had a recent appt. I felt very rushed and he only spent less than 10 minutes with me. I felt that was a bit odd. Dr C please don't make me feel like I'm just a number and not a pt. I honestly don't know what happened with this appointment ( he usually spends 15 minutes or more when I come here) I don't like feeling rushed

I had to repeat myself like 3 times to her. I speak clear English and she just seemed to give grief) never had an issue with others when I call

I think Dr. C is great. He takes his time and really seems to care. He treats you like family. His staff is nice but I do agree that Carol can be rude at times.

I've been a patient here for a few months. I like the doctor and Josie . However Tina, is another story on two occasions she got snippy with me when I questioned her. She gets a tude then gets nice. Ya, I don't play that game especially being in my late 40's which I can pass for 32. I feel he needs to get a nicer MA. I too will say Carol can also cop an attitude. Office needs kinder employees
