I’ll never go back there. The technician caused a permanent injury and they would not respond. Awful experience.

Dr Angela McCool not only saved my life back in 2006, but she has an excellent bedside manner for myself and was very assuring to me and my family about everything we discussed. I truly believe I am alive today due to the Lord making it possible for me to see this particular Dr. If I had it to do over again, she is definitely the best and the one I would trust!

Just tried to call and schedule an appointment. Receptionist is very cold and not very pleasant.

Front desk receptionist is very disinterested in patients. Very cold demeanor. Lab technician was Skyping with her toddler while drawing blood. Nurses and doctors are excellent, but receptionist needs to be spoken to about her behavior. Or better yet, be shown the door. Don't care for all of the recordings when you try to make appt..

Had a horrible experience with the office manager and the Dr. Wife had an IUD that fell out of her body and she complained of pain. Never did an internal exam! Few months later another OB scheduled emergency hysterectomy. All they did was call in more pain pills. They are damb lucky I didn't sue them to the point of closing them down. Absolutley unforgivable on their part.

I have been going to Dr. McCool for years. I love the way she and her staff make me feel as if I am the only patient she has. She remembers everything about you. She even knows who you are when she see you out and about in the area. She has a awesome bedside manner, she knowledgeable and she is a excellent listener. I am truly happy that I have her as my physician.

Dr. McCool and her staff saved my life. She is the BEST! She takes her time with each patient, she listens, she remembers and checks up on everything. She is kind, caring, gentle, and very very concerned about each patient. By her diligence I am still alive as she caught cancer at the earliest stage and I am now cancer free. She has done 2 surgeries on me and she is wonderful. She is really THERE for her patients, even calling on her days off. She really cares. Her staff care as well and treat you with kindness and respect always. They are great! I would recommend her to anyone and I will never change doctors.

Dr. McCool delivered my last child - she was awesome during everything, very patient even when I had other children in tow. Knowledgeable. Even acknowledges you if you run into her elsewhere (and I haven't been to her in a while now).

I have been going to Dr. McCool for years and even followed her across the bay when she moved her office from Mobile to Fairhope. She is the best and so is her nurse and staff!
