does not listen or give client a chance to explain the problem. Just comes in the room and starts writing prescription with talking to me at all and wrote the same prescription that I wanted to tell her wasn't working for me. And even after I told her it dried my face out she still insisted that i get the prescription. She is the absolute worst. Although the lady who does the microdermabrasion is a doll the receptionist in the front is not welcoming and rude at time. Over all I would give that office a C-
