I was very satisfied with Rick, the PA that was there. When he left I switched to Dr Kallal. What a joke!!! He never looked me in the eye, told me that everything that Rick had done was wrong, would not refill my medications, would not listen to all of my issues. Was told that I could only talk to him about 1 item per appt. Office staff told me once that I would have to book 2 appts back to back in order to discuss my medications and then be seen for a new issue! Guess what that means??? I had to pay 2 co-payments!! WILL NEVER GO BACK! Save your money - find another doctor!

What a Joke. Do yourself a favor and find another Dr. Always extremely late, and he ends up treating things you didnt even come in for. Staff has messed up appointments on more than one occassion and then blame you for their incompetence.

I think Dr. K is great. He does talk a lot, but I find that refreshing in that he spends the time with each patient. My first visit he figured out what was wrong with my digestive track and corrected it. 10 years and 4 other Dr's couldn't figure it out.

Simply the most unprofessional and pitiful staff you'll find. Dr. Kallal is ok, but reports of his overtalking and not listening are correct. The staff is visibly rude, uncompassionate, and unsupervised. Never again.

Be prepared to wait 2 hours before getting seen. I don't go to the doctor very often but the last 3x I've been to Dr. Kallal's office I have had a bad experience...from discourteous staff to what seems like an eternity waiting to be seen.

I do not go to the Dr. often, so when I do, it's normally something like flu or infections. I have never been seen LESS then 30 minutes behind schedule, unless I was the first patient of the day. On one occassion I actually walked out because after waiting 30 minutes in the lobby and another 60 minutes in the room listening to 3 nurses/staff at the nurses station laughing and having a good time, they didn't have the respect to even inform me that the Dr. was running behind. When I left they didn't show any concern that a patient was walking out, nor did anyone ever call to attempt to reschedule. The staff that Dr. Kallal has working for him is VERY poor and extreamly unprofessional.

Dr Kallal I think is a average doctor, his staff is horrible. His nurses do not follow up on ordered test or the results of these test. The front desk is lazy and rude. If Dr. Kallal fired his entire staff I may consider going to him again. I will not put my health into the hands of inept nurses and staff. And shame on you Dr. Kallal if you are aware of your staff actions and you do nothing. If you are not aware them shame on you for not keeping an eye on your own business. Most of the time the Doctor is only as good as his staff and his (nurses included) suck. I am in the process of finding a new Primary Care Doctor. Dr. Kallal just lost a patient and all of my recommendations to his office.

Dr. Kallal has a holier than thou attitude. Does not listen to patients. Seems irritated if HIS orders are not followed. I told him I was splitting pills because of high cost. He cut my prescription in half and then I died.

I've used Dr Kallal for 17 years. He is sometimes late for appointments because he takes as much time as needed with each and every patient. I highly reccoment Dr Kavin Kallal to anyone that wants a caring, knowledgeable dr.
