They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and made me feel completely comfortable. I have seen a few Dr's and by far Kallal is the best office I have been to. I will continue to be a patient here and I will be referring him to all of my family and friends. I want to thank Dr Kallal and the staff for being so amazing!!

I absolutely adored him, he was attentive and caring. He took the time to get all the information and made me genuinely cared for. I have never had a more wonderful experience with my doctor. He took every measure to make sure my needs were met. He will definitely be my family's PCP.

Hi, Dr. Kallal has been my doc for years. I am finally to the point of taking my family elsewhere. No doubt you can always be seen quickly but his office is only good for minor treatments like antibiotics. I am searching for a new, better personality who can keep up with details and doesn't have to be reminded. It is sad since he has someone in the room each visit whose job it is to take notes. (that is disconcerting when it is a sensitive subject) The arrogance and mood changes have increased over the years and I am just past it. He has only one or two long term employees and I really feel for those folks having to deal with him on a daily basis. We each have our tolerance level. If you choose Dr. Kallal please be ready to bring notes and to be forceful if you have an opinion. I am just not that type of person, especially when feeling sick. I do think he is a Christian which is one reason I stayed so long. That being said, it is time to move on. Thanks for reading!

I've used Dr Kallal for 20 years. He is very intelligent, caring, takes as much time with each patient as needed, and he is fun. I think he is the best Dr I've ever used. I've never had a problem with his staff, they have always been courteous, worked with me to get my appointments when I need them. I highly recommend Dr Kallal!

Used Dr. Kallal for number of years. At first he was exactly the type of Dr. I was looking for. One that would listen to my concerns and what I was dealing with. As time when on and he garnered more recognition and his client base grew, he became very egotistical and would no longer listen to my concerns and would sometimes make jokes w/ his nurses in the room at my expense. His staff is less than stellar. Customer service is number one in most fields where you interact with people/patients on a daily basis. Apparently that is not the case here. I also had an issue where I needed my medical records for VA claims purposes. When I called the records administrator told me she could print off my last few vistis for me but that I would need to come in and pay the $25 fee for my full history and it would take up to two weeks. Two months later and still no records. Had to call an argue with the records admin to get them sent out.

Very rude doctor who ignores a patients. do your self a favor and go some where else. you could be miss diagnosed by him as he doesn't let you talk and explain. Or by the PA he has like I was, very unprofessional and inexperienced nurse practitioner. And about the stuf i have to say they are not pleasant either. I don't know how he still have a practice?

Staff extremely unpleasant and rude. Unprofessional presentation (lots of tattoos, piercings on unusual areas visible, etc.) Staff will take forever to contact the pharmacy or insurance if there is any issue. Of course, only after you pressure them MANY times on the course of DAYS through the phone and in person. Doctor will have you waiting 1-2 hours and will treat you with disdain. Expect to be looked upon as an ignorant child as this physician has a massive ego. He also keeps a nurse in the room transcribing all he says onto a computer. Any confidentiality or privacy you might expect is thrown out the window. Doctor makes rude, insulting remarks as vile attempts to "joke" around with you and draw a cheap laugh from his assistant at your expense. This man has issues.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Kallal and his staff for over 15 years. We,ve put up with them always running late because the DRs care we belived was excellent. I have left the office because they were running so far behind. Over the last year the customer service has been so bad we are going to find new medical care. The people working the desks are slow, rude, and incompetent. I hete to go somewhere else but I feel I have been driven away by the change in the service.
