wonderful physician, very smart, great bedside manner

I went to this doctor on a referrel. When I got the bill, I immediately mailed in a payment, which was not credited to my account. Several attempts were made on my part to get the first payment credited to my account, including contacting this doctor by letter. It was ignored by him, as well as my repeated attempts to get my first payment credited to my account my his billing department. When I finally had to contact what I thought were consumer protection agencies, the doctor's office and the billing department flagrantly lied about phoning me, writing me, and correcting my billing statement, in a blatant attempt to discredit me to these agencies. Do not go to this person unless you are prepared to pay everything in cash upfront and still beware as to whether or not they will actually post your bill as being paid. I have never been so disappointed in my life with a doctor who seems to be professional but who is obviously not as he seems, neither is his staff. Don't go there!

He is wonderful and will call back to explain blood work or test results. We have never had a doctor to do that themselves. It is great

I have a chronic illness that requires much interaction between specialists and Dr. Liao is always caring, considerate and more than willing to do anything necessary to aid in my well being. His bedside manner extends far beyond the office, as he even took time to participate in a fund raiser I had at a local hair salon!! Hes a sweetie and a great doc. He saved my life and will always be dear to me. Any patient should count themselves lucky to receive treatment from such a great man and physician.
