Tried this quack for over a year with no positive results. He get a kick back from a pharmacy in San Diego. The only quack I've ever seen that won't use my insurance for scripts. Staff extremely rude especially his wife. Behavior may be excepted in Korea but not in America. This quack should be disbarred and forced to never practice in the USA. What a pos

I give his whole staff a negative 10! I got accepted for my externship for phlebotomy technician. When I first arrived I greeted the front office assistant she didn't smile back nor said good morning back to me. The Doctors wife doesn't use any gloves to touch the urine from the patients, she's not a medical assistant, she is not a registered phlebotomist and she is also not a business administration, nothing to do with human resource but yet Mrs.Hong is the office manager. Was there only for 7.5hours what I witness they are rude to the elders, they have them waiting for 2 hours, and one of their staff is a medical assistant she is not registered to with draw blood what she is doing is 100% illegal. They didn't teach anything. She would go to the front office and start talking loud for I could hear her belittle me. She said I was bad, I didn't know what I was doing, again I will remind you she had no clue on how to remove the needle the tube and tourniquet she put my life at risk she didn't throw away the needle that was use on the patient is was covered in blood and she threw it the container with the rest of the clean sterile needles very disturbing and disgusting. They made me leave for standing up for myself the doctors wife told me she liked me alot but she had to terminate my externship because I supposedly made her employees feel uncomfortable. I didn't apologize, I had no reason to apologize. If your reading this and your family member is their patient please report them with OSHA 800-321-6742

He should wear a pair of roller skates! They purposely make you wait for urine samples until they call you and then they can send you back in the waiting room or worse yet stand outside. 4 hour wait is not unusual. His wife acts like a prima Donna ensuring everyone is rushed in and out like cattle; and the staff are rude and make you feel like they want you the heck out. My 86 yr. mom is slow and they give dirty looks because it takes 10 minutes in the bathroom. If only there was another dr. I would switch! I just pray he is a competent surgeon! I feel like I’m in Vegas risking it all. I have to interpret everything said to my poor deaf mom. Minus 0 would better fit!

This doctor is always in a rush. Once he comes back with diagnosis and instructions you can not understand him. My elderly mother did not understand a word he said. I barely made it out. I rated his punctuality (3 hours wait) staff and helpfulness TERRIBLE. My mom is still sick so I'm eating his knowledge TERRIBLE.

Office staff is very rude and unhelpful. The Dr. Sees 70 patients an hour but he must be knowledgeable if he can keep that pace. If this doesn't sound like the type of help you're looking for I'd recommend another provider.

Went to my first appointment expecting to have a Cystocospy procedure done on my bladder. Afret waiting nearly 2 hours I was given a Vaginal exam and told to come back in two weeks for my Cystoscopy. Nurse have me my pre - op papers and I left. The day before my appointment the receptionist called ( I thought to confirm my appointment ) She stated that I didn't pay my co-pay at the first visit. I told her I wasn't asked to pay a co-pay, that I just assumed my insurance covered it, but that. I'd pay it when I came to the appointment the next day. She then said, " well you know you are going to have to pay tomorrow's co- pay also and the cost of the procedure." I said ok that's fine. She says " well it's going to be the two co- pays $60 each plus an additional $230 something for the procedure deductible , do you need to reschedule." I felt like she was hoping. I was going to reschedule. ( just the impression she gave, they are clearly always overbooked) I said no, I will be there tomorrow , with the money. Went to my appointment, and again waited at least an hour and a half before getting called in for my Urine sample. I was then told that the Cystoscopy could not be performed because I had been taking medication for urine pain. The pre-op papers clearly state NO food or Medication restrictions. I was upset , as I have been experiencing pain for two months straight and was hoping to get some answers. The receptionist stated I would not be charged for the appointment and asked if I wanted my co-pay back? I said yes I wanted it back because I may just find a new Dr. So again, I was scheduled to come back in two weeks, today, May 9 at 2:45. I called this morning to confirm that they still had me down, and she confirmed. I went in today, paid my co- pay, gave my urine sample as asked , and waited to be called in. When I was called in ( the wait was shorter today) she took me to what looked like the Dr's personal office . I sat down and the receptionist said, " because of the way you acted last time when we didn't do the. Cystoscopy, the Dr has decided to not treat you, and she handed me my check. Why couldn't they have just told me that when. I called this morning?
