My children have been seeing Dr. Ghazoul for 10+ years now and I appreciate having her as our Pediatrician. I call with questions/concerns and always receive a prompt reply. I am pleased with the care we have received over the years.

We have been with Dr. Ghazoul's practice for 18 yrs. Thankfully, our children have been blessed with good health & now just see Allison, the nurse pracitioner for well-checks. She is GREAT--knowledgeable, friendly, takes her time, answers all questions. On those rare occasions when my kids have been ill, Dr. Ghazoul did a good job taking care of them. Maybe some staff at the front window of office could be warmer, it's true, but they've never been rude.

My children have seen Dr. Ghazoul as their primary pediatrician for more than 13 years. She is outstanding: knowledgable, prompt, and considerate. My experience with the whole practice has been favorable. The only request I would make for the practice is to include a male doctor for boys who may find seeing a female doctor as a little uncomfortable. Otherwise, I highly recommend this practice. Each doctor is qualified and accomodating.

Although my son is only 2 mos old, and we have only had one visit to the office, I was very impressed with how the visit went. Although some of the staff at the front desk were not exactly friendly, Dr Ghazoul and her nurses were VERY helpful. They spent an appropriate amount of time with us, especially being a first time mom, and answered all of our questions (I had a page long list!). I didnt feel rushed to get out of the office. I have also called the office with questions in regards to my son and breastfeeding. All I had to do was leave a message and a nurse called back within hours. I am very happy with this doctor & her nurses and will recommend her to anyone who is seeking a pediatrician. I rated the staff a 4 only due to the front desk staff. Dr Ghazoul and her nurses would receive a 5.

We used this doctor and her associates a few years ago. The care was great at first, but they were way too busy to properly care for each patient. In one instance, after I had called the office several times with no response back (I needed to know if I could either obtain a same-day appointment or if should go to to an er) I was told by the secretary "Welcome to motherhood, Mrs S******" Nevermind that this was my second child, and I was foolishly deferring to medical expertise. My son ended up having an ear infection that progressed substantially in those few hours. I had a few other problems with the same office, and eventually just left.

I felt I was treated poorly as a new patient and office staff was unprofessional which is a reflection of the physician.
