I have never experienced such an efficient physician's office. I am more than pleased with Dr. Pakan and his staff.

Staff does not call back when promised. Takes several days to return calls. Advised "if in pain, go to the ER" Not willing to help with pain management.

Incredibly friendly, never in a rush. Replaced an entire ligament in my knee and I was skiing the next winter, wonderful work and bedside manner
