She's an absolutely excellent physician. I feel 500% comfortable with her always. No doubt she will take care of me and my vision. Sitting in her waiting area I can hear her also speak to other patients. She's respectul, kind and intelligent. She does cater to senior citizens and does a wonderful job. I beieve she is one of the best adult opthomologists in the greater Akron area!

Dr. Mary File is excellent! Staff of Dr. File is less than excellent, probably average. Perhaps they are just trying to protect Dr. File from overwork? Staff could use interpersonal skills training.
