Dr Roselli repaired my sons subclavian aneurysm. Since they had to do open heart to get to it he decided to go ahead and repair my sons aortic arch (it had an aneurysm and would need repaired in the next year or 2) and noticed his root repair needed retouching so did that too. He just helped my son to hopefully never have to have another open heart surgery. His incision looked great and he did an amazing job. I’m so thankful for him going above and beyond for my son.

Aug 2015 Dr Roselli replaced my aortic valve and fixed a aortic anurisum. Roselli and he's staff, and everyone I came in contact with at Cleveland clinic were hands down the best I have ever had the honor of dealing with. Everyone of them deserve a big pay raise, from Roselli to the nurses in my private room , these folks are just great. A special thanks goes to the veitnames nurse who was so wonderful to me during my stay there.

I had Aortic Valve replacement and Aorta Aneurysm repair done by Dr. Roselli in August 2011. The entire process from diagnosis through surgery went perfect. It has been almost four years now and i have never had any problems. He is a fantastic Doctor. I thank God for his skills as a surgeon.

Dr. Roselli is a miracle worker. I suffered an acute aortic dissection while pregnant. My tear was so extreme, it reached from just above my heart down into my leg. He not only repaired my aortic valve and root, but also placed stents and grafts in my ascending, arch and descending aorta, even the leg. On top of his excellent medical knowledge and care, I found him to be kind to my family (while they were in shock), gentle with me and patient and caring throughout my time as his patient. I would recommend him to ANYONE. Never before have I had a better experience with a doctor - and he's humble on top of that!

My fiance had a really bad advanced stage of aortic valve stenosis. He was at a hospital here in Chicago because he had a heart attack from it. I went home and Googled "best heart surgeons" and #1 for the past 15 years was Cleveland Clinic #2 was Mayo Clinic. Found out Dr. Roselli was the best surgeon there. Bad thing was his nurse said I have to set up an appointment first. SO GLAD I didn't listen to her I listened to my instincts and got my fiance out of the hospital in Chicago because they wanted to do the surgery (they weren't rated) and he was only was given a week to live. I drove all night 8 hours to Cleveland Clinic with him. They took him right away in the emergency department and two days later Dr. Roselli performed his surgery. Dr. Roselli couldn't believe how he was still walking around with the valve so damaged and said it was one of the worst he had ever seen. Dr. Roselli thank you for saving my fiance's life! Glad I didn't listen to your nurse, I would have lost him :(
