Dr. Char is an excellent optometrist; careful; knowledgeable; listens to patient concerns. Very helpful staff as well.

I have been going to Dr. Char for almost 30 years. He has continued to be patient, concerned and knowledgeable throughout the years. I find that he has maintained and kept current this knowledge and expertise. His office staff has always been friendly and courteous. I especially like that he offers a wide array of frames to select from and that his office staff will take the time to patiently help me select my glasses frames.

Dr Char expressed compassion, patience, and understanding while fully explaining my current vision situation and my options. The examination was thorough. His Staff reflect Dr. Char's caring, professional philosophy. My satisfaction is so great that Dr Char is also the doctor for my three teen-age daughters. I have also introduced my sister to Dr. Char's practice .

much more expensive than lense crafters for the same exam. Additional $52 for retina/glaucoma test where its n/c at LC. Waited long time. Not told we were last apt of day at noon. Staff and Dr. were locking up and walking out door as we were still asking questions about purchasing glasses and exam. Asked for help at one point but they put us off as they were busy talking to their own family members present in the office. Dr. was knowledgeable and informative. Wanted it to work out.

Very helpful staff. Warm and friendly and very knowledgeable in their field. I had an appoint for my 5 yr old who HATES doctor visits and the staff/and dr was GREAT with her. Thank you for not traumatizing her and making her 1st visit-a wonderful experience!

I was very impressed with Dr. Char thoroughness and care when examining my eyes. I am a diabetic and have high blood pressure so my eyes are not the easiest to deal with. I have been to several other optometrists that said my vision was good but I could not read anything up close and my distance vision was deteriorating. Dr. Char has restored my vision and I am extremely pleased with is work. I highly recommend this doctor!

They have had my Revo sunglasses for seven weeks to add prescription lens. They are not responding to messages and don’t seem to know where my glasses are at. They have told me over ten times that they will find out status and call me back however they have never called back. I need my glasses frames back.

Nice knowledge physician. I have had corneal transplant surgery and require specialized care Dr. Char is able to provide that.
