Following complications from TIF surgery performed by Dr Purohit, it took several hospital stays, finding another Doctor to correct his procedure, and I feel if I had not fired Dr Purohit I would be dead now. Dr Purohit admitted to me 11 months after my surgery that he knew something was not right but "didn't know how to fix it." PLEASE do NOT allow Dr Purohit to perform your surgery, especially the TIF. There are other doctors in this area that can correct acid reflux.

He took the extra time to verify my understanding of my husbands illness. He went ahead and called a referral in for consult before I could ...as a registered nurse I was so touched by his knowledge & compassion ... In the medical world ... This type of doctor is hard to find in today's medical world ..

I have went to Purohit many times. Fantastic doctor all the way around. He does not rush you he explains all to the max. Wonderful bedside manner. Would not go to anyone else.

Absolutely wonderful physician. Had appt. with him next day following a gallbladder attack, but ended up in ER before I could see him. He assumed my care even tho' I had never seen him before. My husband is a nurse, so he asked co-workers about him, and everyone told him that Dr. Purohit would be their first choice if they needed surgery. He explained everything completely and thoroughly. One of the most polite people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting.

Dr Purohit saved my life not once, but twice. He should be a mentor for other doctors. He seems totally dedicated & truly cares about the welfare of his patients. I wholly put my trust in him. I never feel as though I have been rushed through an office visit.

I feel as if this is the one doctor in a hundred who really cares abut the welfare of his patients. I also feel that he would be willing to attend my medical needs at any time of the night or day.
