I can see how people would think Dr. Kacir is condescending, but I think it's because he's talking to the children. I like that he does that because he is trying to build a trusting Dr/Patient relationship with your child. When my kids are older, I WANT them to trust their Dr and ask questions that they may be too embarrassed to ask me. He's always on time, I never feel rushed, and he's very thorough with explanations. The staff is amazing, helpful and caring. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Kacir.

We have been seeing Dr Kacir for several yrs. When my kids were younger, they loved him. Now that they are older, their opinion of him has changed. He tries hard to teach and educate, but he talks WAY too fast...so much so, that my kids have a hard time understanding what he just said. At times, he can seem a bit condescending, but we've learned that's just his personality. His staff on the other hand, is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. We recently had an incident where our son had an abnormal test result, and as much as we appreciate the effort to be thorough, alot of EXPENSIVE tests were ordered all at once, only to find out after a pediatric cardiologist consult, an Echocardiogram, and 12 viles of blood drawn (some the lab had never even heard of!)that our son's condition was NORMAL. After our oldest's annual physical this year, he asked to switch to another doctor. As much as we love his coloful wardrobe and personality, we are considering switching physicians.

Love Dr Kacir!! My boys have seen him for years and he has always been great! Doesn't over-medicate, which I love. Listens well and loves to educate and answer any and all questions.

The staff is incompetent and lies about actions they claim to have done. The doctor is a joke and talks to the child instead of the parent. He acts like any parent who is trying to be proactive in helping their child is not qualified. he has a very bad bedside manor and i would not recommend this doctor to anyone.
