I recently had a very negative experience with Dr. Dulgeroff Anthony J and one of his nursing staff members, a nurse named Nelly. I was extremely disappointed with the way I was treated and felt belittled and talked down to throughout my interactions with both of them.

To start, Nelly was extremely combative and argumentative with me. She hung up the phone on me, which I found to be incredibly unprofessional. She also made some sort of allegations that caused Dr. Dulgeroff to not want to take me on as a patient anymore, which was very upsetting.

But what really bothered me was Dr. Dulgeroff's response. I felt like he didn't give me an equal hearing or take the time to hear both sides of the story before jumping to conclusions. He seemed to side with Nelly right away and not listen to my concerns, which made me feel even more frustrated and upset.

Overall, I would not recommend this doctor or his staff to anyone. The way I was treated was completely unacceptable, and it's important for healthcare providers to treat their patients with respect, professionalism, and care. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Dr. Dulgeroff and his staff. I cannot in good faith recommend this doctor.

I would like to add that the member team at High Desert Medical Center was excellent and very professional, I will now proceed with the necessary steps in filing a complaint against this particular Doctor and staff member.

WONDERFUL DOCTOR!!! I used to have the other "Well rated" physician in the area, and HE is an absolute NIGHTMARE in comparison!!I see Dr.Dulgeroff for my hypothyroid condition which is VERY hard to control. He has done a terrific job at managing my medication and keeping up with all the latest news on endocrinology. SO HAPPY with him and his staff and MOUNTAINS happier that I'm not being berated, stressed out and medically denied!LOVE IT!!

I tried to make an appointment to see this doctor since he had one good review and is located in the city I reside, but when I called his office to schedule the appointment the woman who answered the phone was rude and informed me that he is no longer taking new patients and that the ONLY way I could get in to see him is if my current physician referred me! I informed her that I was quite ill with Hashimotos Thyroditis and was having a very difficult time locating a good doctor...well it fell on completely deaf ears! She acted like she couldn't care less if I was needing to see this doctor and I don't have a "current physician" to refer me in! Please stop running commercials on T.V. if you're no longer taking new patients or at the very least please train your staff to handle these types of requests with a little more respect.
