Seems willing to spend time with patient, but too arrogant to listen to any patient input. No interest in learning the results of his suggested treatment.

The absolute best family doctor in the city of Billings. I've been going to Dr. Hemmer for many, many years and I dread the day he retires as no one will ever be able to take his place. He is sincere, kind, and listens to everything I have to say. He has helped me through several illnesses. This man is the best doctor there is. I really cannot express how much Dr. Hemmer means to me as a physician.
