I just went in there, after calling ahead of time, and being told I would be seen, when I went to check in the lady at the front desk was quite possibly the rudest woman I've ever met. She told me i would not be seen that day and that basically I was out of luck, all of this happened, while of course I am terribly ill and 6 months pregnant. Worst possible bedside manner of anywhere I've been!!! I won't be recommending this place to anyone I know, at least not until they get a new secretary.

Dr. Knouf is our family doctor and has been for years. He is very through during examinations and takes the time to explain whats going on and course of treatment. Dr. Knouf has treated me for a laundry list of ailments and injuries and has been spot on every time. Since an Industrial accident in January 2011 leaving me unemployed and without insurance, Dr. Knouf and his staff ( Hi Gina!!!) have been able to reduce the cost of my office visits and base charges on my wife's income. Without this lower cost for office visits and not having any insurance, I wouldn't be able to receive any medical treatment . Dr. Knouf is a very knowledgeable, caring physician. Very short waiting room times and fantastic support staff. Many thanks to Dr. Knouf and his ENTIRE STAFF!!!! Bryan Koeller and family

I love Knouf. He is agreat concerned dr. I can go to him about anything. He has helped me and my daughter out alot. He actually sat down and told me what was exactly wrong with me and what i needed to do to get better. He helped with my daughters legs. He is always so nice to her and so is his staff. My daughter loves his lil dog. He is the best dr around pocatello and i would refer everybody i know to him.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Knouf, he treated me with kindness and even when I had no insurance he saw me, charging - ZERO dollars, then next few times he charged what I could pay until I finally got insurance. He has given me exceptional care when I tried to find a doctor and was having difficulties with finding a doctor that could find out what was wrong, he found out quickly and without tones of unneeded tests that would have costs me hundreds even thousands of dollars he made sure to run only tests that I needed and thus helping me for a reasonable amount of costs. :-)

Dr. Knouf has always been extremely helpful with me. He has helped me with all of my health concerns and I have never had to 'plead my case' as I have with other doctors. I am so grateful that I have found such a nice doctor. Thank you!

Very hot-headed doctor! Yelled at me and told me to go elsewhere because I did not want to begin Methadone treatments for chronic pain. I have spoken with two other individuals who have seen him and was informed that he also wanted them to begin taking Methadone verses Vicodon. This man was yelling so loudly at me that my seven year old son was holding his hands over his ears! It is my belief that something is seriously wrong with this guy. I found it interesting that when I met him my right arm and left leg were both casted due to a fall and he did not ask why or inquire what had happened. My blood pressure was also recorded around 90 over 60 and he failed to mention it, all he could do was tell me how damn (yes he swore at me) angry he was because I didn't take the Methodone, this was even after I told him it had made me throw up. Do not waste your time or health concerns with this quack!
